I got there at 10:35 and had time to spare when I was greeted with a handwritten sign stating that drug tests stopped at 10:30 and resumed at 11:30. Instead of being almost half an hour early I was forced to wait over an hour, wasting time that I really couldn't afford to waste but had no choice but to stay.

Went in again 4 days later couldn't even hardly open my eyes or breathe and had to call off work full blown eye infection and upper respiratory infection. Receptionist was rude and made me pay$60. Said computers at bcbs must not be running but they will reimburse me shortly. Well it's been 45 days and still NO reimbursement. Keep calling get people who barely speak English and they say i need to call my insurance company which i have and insurance company says they were Paid.

First, the desk staff can sometimes be great and super-polite. Other times they have been so incredibly rude I just have to think they must hate life. I get it - you don't want to be there - but neither do I. Then there's the staff that take you back and check your vitals and all that. Same thing. Sometimes they are great. Other times they clearly should not be doing this work. Again, you don't want to be there, but neither do I. If you look under beds, next to cabinets, other nooks and crannies, you'll realize this place is super-dirty. Gunk stuck to the floor and cabinets does not give me great vibes about a medical facility. Doctors, NPs, whoever takes care of you - again hit and miss. If you don't want to be doing this work, find a new career. And don't bother making an appointment. They make no attempt to honor it. I made an appointment online hoping to not have to sit in the waiting room too long. They took me back almost two hours later than my appointment time. What a joke. I can't say for sure the other nearby urgent care is any better, but I doubt it could be worse.
