Never again. The nurse tortured me 20 min, doesn't pay attention that I'm in pain. I told her before she started that I have problem with my vessels but she didn't even react for my words. 20 min of pain, 2 holes and when I started to scream she told, that she can't do test. Went here to get some lab work done and showed up right when they opened. I had an appointment for later on that afternoon however, I decided to go early just in case there were any openings. I asked them once I got there if they would be able to see me early since I was passing by. They told me I may be able to be seated however it was no guarantee so I waited 30 minutes and asked again and they told me it would be best if I came back this afternoon during my appointment time. That was fine and understandable. I came back that afternoon for my appointment and still ended up waiting 20 minutes before they even called me to the back and nobody was even in there waiting. A little frustrating once I got to the back the lady said to me, they had been looking for me. I said I'm not sure why because I was here this morning and y'all told me to come back during my appointment time she then told me no I was not here this morning lol so anyway, I got my lab work done which was a quick process, but I feel like it was a little insulting for them to tell me that I have not been there that morning when I had asked twice earlier that morning if it would've been better if I would've just came back this afternoon during my appointment time and she told me that I was not there that morning. That was very rude of her. If I ever need to go back again, I will try them again because I don't believe in one bad apple spoiling a bunch. read more

This is a great location if you need your labs drawn. It is located on the backside of the plaza (side that faces 54) in the second floor. The elevator is sloowwww! There are stairs located on the ends of the plaza fyi. This location is very clean. The girls are very friendly. I was taken back perfectly on time for my appointment and received fast service. My lab draw was quick and practical pain free. I would visit this location again for my lab draw needs. read more

Leaving this review just for the availability of a representative who works here. It is next to impossible to get in contact with someone who actually works at Quest and any time you call it redirects you to their website if you try to select the option that says customer assistance. The only way to contact a person that works here is to select option 9 and then option 7. I had even gone in person to try to make my appointment at an earlier time but they have NO reception/ front desk, there is literally no person available when you enter just a tablet to check in on. Absolutely ridiculous and needs to have someone readily available to take client phone calls or just for client support in general. read more

The most ghetto clinic I've ever been to. The "leader" is smacking gum in the room with you while talking on her personal cell phone and has 0 friendliness or customer service skills. 5 stars? Yes! This location is so convenient for me. It's right across the street from my neighborhood. I had a 7:15 a.m. appointment. Getting there was easy that early and I was taken back within a few minutes of walking in. I did the electronic checkin. I was in and out within 10 minutes! DONT COME TO THIS PLACE!!! really disappoint, i normally have to do blood work at least once or twice a month in this location because is the closest one to my house last few times I came and I feel that you can't express your self just go sit in the chair and they do the bold work. today is my last day that I visited this location I have to repeat my last blood work because was not done complete. and I explain the lady her name is Didi because didn't want to provide the full name.. I told her that please to make sure that that specific test was done and she turn around with this getto attitude , maam ma'am everything that is in the paper is going to be done. I try to explain to her that last time that specific test was not done and that is the reason that I have to repeat the test so fast and she said with a really rude attitude im telling you everything that is in this paper is going to be done. I told her can I please have my paper I really don't like your attitude and she give me the paper like she didn't care. don't loose your time, I request half day off from work to do this lab and now my time is loose. I have been using Quest for my blood tests as they accept my insurance. I have found the process to make an appointment online very easy. The check in with the barcode is great. You don't have to wait for a receptionist to check you in. The technicians are good at getting the needle in an drawing blood quickly to get you on the road fast. read more

The staff is polite and efficient. The place is kept clean. I less than 10 minutes from my appointment time I was done, and leaving with a smile on my face. Unfortunately I need to do tests every 3 months, fortunately they are always on time and professional. Thank you Quest. read more
