Check in kiosk is convenient and they put your name up on the screen with everyone else in line but the waiting room is always full every time I use this location. While waiting, you can hear everything being said in room 4 near the front and much of what is being said in the other rooms, even with a full waiting room. I heard one patient spell out their name, then give their full date of birth and address. I also heard them explain they were there for tests from behavioral health and from which doctor. It's way too much personal information for strangers in the waiting room to be hearing and none of the techs close the doors for privacy. I personally ask for the door to be closed or just speak softly. I will say that if you have an appointment, the wait and exam times are usually great. My last appointment was at 10 am. I arrived at 9:55 and left at 10:16. It was just a simple blood draw but in and out in under 20 minutes is pretty good.

Let me start by saying that there are two locations in the same parking lot, so if you can't get…read moreinto the main location, chances are that you can get into the smaller location without a wait. I have been to both and the staff at both are really nice. If you arrive in earlier part of the morning, be prepared to wait up to an hour until it's your turn. That is the prime time for blood work. All of the poor people who have been fasting are trying to get things done so they can devour breakfast somewhere. If you can wait until after lunch, you can get in and out without a wait. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 based on the condition of the waiting rooms, which you sometimes spend a long time waiting in. The waiting rooms of both places are sad looking. The chairs are torn and stained which doesn't exactly make you want to cozy up in them for your (sometimes long) wait. Overall, nice staff. The waiting rooms could use some attention.

I have had the pleasure of working with Michelle Ross. I sought out Michelle's expertise as a…read moreclinical nutritionist to assist me with a thyroid imbalance. After taking a thorough history Michelle recommended specific tests and blood work to be understand my specific situation. She then reviewed the results with me, explaining in easy to understand terms what was happening in my body. I really appreciated the combination of functional medical tests along with Michelle's professional expertise to help me understand clearly what was happening and determine the best course of action to address it. One of the primary recommendations was to follow the Metabolic Balance Nutrition and Lifestyle Program under Michelle's supervision. I found this to be a life changing program that redefined the way that I eat to suit my body's specific needs. After completing 90 days of the program I felt great, my blood work had improved and I had a plan to continue for my long-term health. Michelle is thorough, highly knowledgeable and a genuine professional healer. What I honestly appreciate most about Michelle is her authentic care and heartfelt intention. Whether talking on the phone or in person you can feel that Michelle loves her work and is passionate about nutrition. This energy is inspiring and motivating and exactly what I am looking for in a health professional. I highly recommend Michelle to anyone who would like to improve their health, energy, metabolism, relationship with food, understand their body better and incorporate a healthy nutritional plan tailored for their body and personal needs. I had such a great experience Mobile Med!…read more Charity Manning, the owner, is a licensed phlebotomist and certified medical assistant who comes right to your home to do blood draws. This is an incredible service for anyone who is sick, homebound, or simply unable to get what they need done at a lab. In my case, the lab actually wouldn't do the bloodwork I needed to donate a kidney, so having someone come to me made the whole process possible. Charity was professional, very communicative, and incredibly gentle and kind during the draw. She made me feel at ease and took care of everything (she came to my house, drew my blood and even took my bloodwork to FedEx for dropoff) I plan on using her services in the future not only for myself, but also for my kids. Having someone trustworthy and skilled come to the house is such a relief! Highly recommended.
