I am a home health nurse dropping off a urine sample, I understand I may not be able to just drop it off and go- and that I will need to wait. However I asked the girl at the front desk tall white girl with black hair quickly if they had any extra lab sheets and she said no we don't do that- I've been to enough quests to where if there's only one patient in the waiting room you can tell someone "give me a second and I'll print one out for you" or "what information do you have to see if we're able to do this" She was giving lazy as if she wasn't getting paid to do her job. Not patient friendly everything is done on a laptop in the waiting room. You can't talk to a real person. They lost my mom's lab work that was sent over by your doctor, but scheduled her appointment. Don't ever plan on going back. read more

First, the wait for blood draw was 45 minutes, pretty ridiculous. It took 2 pokes for blood draw, then they used cheap tape to cover, and I bled through the bandage. Now it's bruising. The lab on Kettleman and Fairmont is soooooo much better! read more

They get 1 star for service but their telephone services are beyond horrible. I have called 6 times followed all the prompts and sent right back right back to the beginning. It feels like a bad dream. Quest Diagnostics does not want to help patients via telephone ! They also take forever !! They are not professional, they do not welcome patients and fail to communicate how long the wait will be. This company needs to update their customer service. read more

The staff is totally unprofessional and doesn't want to be there. All the negative reviews I've read I agree with. All I can say is that if you can't keep a clean bathroom what else is dirty? You got to know people are going to be using it all day. Rude staff and dirty bathroom. read more

Took my 4yr old for bloodwork, waited for an hour. Very upset how the phlebotomist has no freakin clue what she is doing, poked him several times all over his arm and had the needle in and out in the same spot looking for blood when she should have look for the vein to start with, then she asked "lets try the other arm" and my son wont do it again because of the experience. He was cooperative at first but because she doesn't know what the hell she's doing they were not able to draw any blood and my child refused to give his other arm. Made the whole experience traumatic and our trip a total waste of time! read more

This place gets so much hate but I have been here multiple times and have never had a bad experience. The only problem I've had was with how small it is and that the waiting room is all windows. But you see a small location is going to obviously be busy. They can't help that and they've down their best . I just feel the people of lodi have to find a reason to complain.lol this place is very nice and the workers have always been very nice. I've seen tons of times you customers going in there yelling at them like it's their faults for what your doctor orders or that you have to wait..THEY HAVE IT SET UP WHERE YOU CAN SCHEDULE AND APPT. even with the crap you throw at them they are still nice to you guys. read more

Staff is incredibly rude at the Lodi Fairmont Quest Diagnostics lab. Every. Single. Time. They need to learn some basic social skills.

Here's a company that obviously can careless of how their clients feel! Look at the negative reviews, all of which i can identify with! I have never had a worse experience with a lab ever! I can only hope they close this giant careless company! I went there on Friday August 26 to get blood drawn for two doctors. I walk in around 3;00 with the lab orders from both doctors. The phlebotomist ( a guy) came out of the room from the left, give no greeting and just said , " your here for blood work"? I wanted to say, no I thought this was Starbucks, but holding it in, I said yes and handed him the orders from the doctors. He looked at them and said, 'these are just summaries, did they give you any other papers?" I said yes, then he said, " then you need to get those and bring them back in to me." Does he not know that I know that all he had to do is look me up in his computer system and the orders are already there from my doctors? My doctors already told me before I left their office they already electronically sent the orders over to them. Because of their poor rating, I tried to go to a different company and even they were able to see me and the orders in their system, but told me since the doctors has quest as the lab, I there may be a reason why he wants me to use them. So I went to quest reluctantly, and all the reviews and their experience seemed to be on point! So I left this location and never went back with the papers he requested, drove a few blocks to their other location on Ham Lane, went in, handed them the exact same papers I gave the jerk, I mean guy at the Fairmont lane location and she processed everything, got me in a room and I was good to go. At the Ham Lane location, the girl that checked me in greeted me and was professional and courteous, so i assumed the whole experience would be better. Once I got in the room with the phlebotomist, I explained i was very needle phobic. She seemed to care less, gave me some paperwork to sign and then when I covered my eyes with my free hand as I customarily do as I can't watch or stand the sight of needles, she poked my arm with the nail of her finger! I about jumped out of the chair! Then she looked at me with the same bland stoic face and attitude she had when I came into the room and said, I haven't even started yet! So, now, feeling both angry and even more nervous this jack wagon is gonna draw my blood, I again covered my eyes. She did her thing, poked me carelessly and said that's about as bad as it's gonna get. When she was done, I just walked out. i have to admit, the poke wasn't that bad at all, just the lifeless, careless, I hate my job attitude is what gets me! They forget theyre in the medical patient CARE field. If you don't like your job, quit! But don't stay there and make your clients day miserable because you are! I will never go back to them again! And just as one of the reviews said, I tried to call them and speak to a manager, and 7 times calling, I rode the carousel of press one for this department etc. and eventually it would say, no one is available to take your call, please try again alter, good bye and hang up on me! Totally pathetic! I urge everyone to boycott this ungrateful company and go to where they appreciate your business and genuinely care for their patients! This place is unacceptable! read more
