They didn't give me the required paperwork, they didn't properly confine the work space, they didn't cover or protect my personal items, they didn't tell me to turn off my HVAC unit, they didn't even keep me out of the work space!!! They dry scraped. They didn't clean properly. They didn't do a clearance when they were done. When they came back to do dust wipe sampling to show that the house was lead safe in order to pass inspection for the town, the guy collecting the sample didn't FOLLOW any of the correct procedures to get a good sample. He didn't wear gloves. He didn't mask of the area he was taking the sample from. He did everything wrong. When I confronted him, he said he would have to "double check" to see if I was right. He doesn't need to. I am. These guys are total frauds and are akin to waste disposal companies dumping toxic waste in the ocean just to get rid of it. God sees your sins.

After a short time, maybe 15 minutes, I was taken in by a nurse who did a quick check in and covered all the basics. She left and the doctor came in like 5 minutes after that. He checked my hand out in no time. I was impressed with how quickly they worked and with the quality of care I received. It's all too common these days that doctor's offices and urgent cares have you sitting around for long stretches of times, so quick attention is always a huge plus.
