They went above and beyond to make sure I was able to be seen, and this isn't the first time Stephanie has provided such outstanding service. She is always fast, reliable, professional, and genuinely helpful. It's refreshing to be greeted by someone who truly cares and is willing to go the extra mile for patients. Thank you, Ms. Stephanie, for your kindness and dedication! You and your team are truly appreciated!

*This review is for Adult Medicine*…read more Drove my mom to SW Medical today, 4/10/2026, for blood work and a doctor appointment. My Mom has to use her double wide manual wheelchair for appointments instead of her electric wheelchair because RTC Paratransit doesn't pick up in my neighborhood (she lives with me). The manual chair is so wide that she has to stand up and use her walker to get through the doors to the exam rooms, I have to fold the chair to get it through the door, and then, once we're through the door, I open the chair so she can sit back down. It really wears her out. By the time we got upstairs to Adult Medicine for her doctor appointment, she was completely pooped. The nurse who called her back, got two other nurses to assist us getting from the waiting room to the back. After the appointment, there were literally like 5 people- nurses and doctors- who came to assist my Mom out of the room. Two nurses then escorted us to the service elevator and out the ambulance entrance so Mom wouldn't have to stand up again to get back into the main lobby. They also pushed her to the car and helped her get in the car. I just want to commend the staff in the Adult Medicine department. You made my Mom's day. She said she felt like she was getting the VIP treatment. These days, that kind of customer service in medical establishments is rare. Thank you and may God bless you all!

This ER treated my 89yr old mother with such care and sincere compassion this past week…read more Everyone that works in the ER were outstanding. 5 star treatment, exceptional customer service with complete class and dignity. She was admitted with attention to every detail as she is very frail and extremely in pain. It has been the most caring experience as this was our 3rd ER in 3 weeks for the same issue. The others just couldn't be bothered or even attempt to. Thank you everyone at Centennial

Hi, I was admitted to ICU last weekend and during my stay someone stole my Stanley Cup when they…read moretransferred me from my ICU room to my lower room on the 3rd floor. I haven't been able to contact a manager to talk to about it this situation. I've called security twice and they haven't been able to assist me in locating my cup (with my first & lastname on it) or even offered to view the video cameras they have everywhere. There should be a protocol when the hospital staff leaves their shift through security. Now unfortunately I am back at Centennial Hills Hospital, and in ICU again after four days later for my previous stay/discharge. This time I had endoscopy done and I hadn't ate for 1 & 1/2 days; I called and placed my lunch and dinner ordered as they told me while I was in recovery, waiting to go back to my ICU room and they never delivered my lunch and I didn't eat dinner until 6 o'clock because it was on the other side. Then yesterday (10/05/26) they never served dinner to ICU patients on the whole ICU floor I was unable again to get a hold of the kitchen manager or manager on duty. They also served breakfast at 7 AM and lunch at 2:30ish pm yesterday; If you're in ICU and you're hungry I suggest that you have somebody bring food to you or have Uber Eats deliver you food but that can be expensive and inconvenience. The Doctors place you on meal plans with restrictions on your food diet so that would be hard (since they don't give a good description of what you can exactly eat but mind you that's why they have a kitchen staff in the first place). Now, if you go to Centennial Hills hospital for something non as threatening & not admitted into ICU; you'll be fed. I will speak of the Doctors, nursing staff and Doctors Specialties Doctors; they'll amazing with great bedside manner!, I'm extremely disappointed in the management staff. It's like they avoid and you're not able to come into contact with someone to voice your complaints too or have them resolved or acknowledged. The nursing team shouldn't have to deal with upset hungry patients that are in loads of pain. Management needs to do a lot better and make that a priority to improve!

First and foremost, I hate when I feel rushed by doctors. You know the ones I'm talking about…read more.. they come in for 5 minutes, don't let you talk, and just write you another prescription as they run out the door.... The Worst. Dr. Ali was NOT like this. He sat there and listened to me talk about what was going on. He didn't rush me at all. He even answered all my questions. You can tell he actually cares about the wellbeing of his patients and frankly, seems like a great person in general. If you're looking for a new doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Ali and his team. Everyone in that office is so kind. Also - the office is super nice and clean, unlike quite a few out here in Vegas!

This visit was refreshingly atypical!! Not only was the wait short & the atmosphere relaxing, but the time spent very comprehensive. This multi-faceted doc is the real deal who treated me as an individual , respectfully considered my input ,& found a solution to my issue. The website said he's a professor of medicine so I suspect on the forefront of newest discoveries- like they say ," follow the science." HIGHLY RECOMMEND- have referred others to him.

They make you confirm your appointments several times via texts and phone calls. Some employees have been rude in the past, like the older receptionist, and people at their call center. Because she didnt know where I can locate at she responds with "I dont know what your looking at, why would I know where it is on the portal". For being in a professional setting im extremely disappointed she relates herself to Healthcare. You can get better service at a DMV. Im really going to miss the dr but I refused to get harassed for seeking medical treatment. Marlene, I hope you have the day you deserve. So im speaking up to all the patients that have been verbally abused by Marlene. This is not deserved and I hope one day someone can show Marlene what it means to provide customer service.
