AVOID GOING TO A PETERSON HEALTH CLINIC-TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND A HASSLE!!…read moreI needed to get a general physical done for long-term missionary work, but this stupid primary care office could not get me scheduled correctly! First someone there scheduled me to go to one doctor just to establish my care (which was ridiculous) and also scheduled me 3 days later with another doctor there for the physical! I went for the first appointment and after waiting they told me that I could not go to another one of their doctors for my physical and cancelled that appt. While I was there, they supposedly checked with the other doctor I was scheduled with the following Monday; who said that she would establish me in the practice and do the physical at the same time. So, I come to the appt on Monday, and the doctor refuses to do the physical because she does not know me!! IT WAS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! Then to top it off, I went to the Peterson Urgent Care since they do physicals like this. After the Med Tech checking my vitals, the NP. says that he cannot do the physical and tells me to go back to the doctor who refused to do it and made me cry! In the next week I will go to another primary care doctor that is NOT in the Peterson racket together the physical!

Eric said oh we are really busy. So how much time does it take at intake to get you a blanket, water and the TV which includes the emergency button and say we are so busy, we are doing our best? I said I had a horrible headache can I get something... "I'll ask'? After 1 hour 12:15, Frank the NP came in... he was great.. due to my history and what was going on he ordered CT, blood and urine which were done quickly..... Frank got me water, a blanked and the TV controls. My BP was real high but no one dealt with it. I found out that all the beds were full most upper respiratory... but sorry, potential stroke? I could have been dead and cold before they checked on me? just before I left at 3:30 I got some pain meds... BP still way high. I have never had such a disgusting experience in any medical center in my life..... problem is Hill Country is just as bad! I was having problems Friday but what the heck.... why go... they don't take care of you. Frank gets an A. Oh never saw a doc? Don't get sick!

I googled and chose Essential Escape ... not familiar with the area, I lucked out! My 60 minute session with Mikala was exactly what I needed! She asked about where my pain was, the intensity I preferred and checked on me throughout the massage. The atmosphere was soothing with soft background music and a pleasing scent of orange (which she asked about before diffusing).
