So, my doctor suggested getting some blood work to make sure everything is working like it should. I stopped in here on a Monday morning (convenient parking out front) and after going through the double entry, checked in at the front window. After signing in and showing them my insurance card, I grabbed a seat. There was only one person ahead of me and within about 10 minutes, I was taken back to one of the processing rooms. The staff was friendly and expert at doing the blood draw which isn't a big deal for me, but I can see having someone who is calm and friendly might be helpful for the folks who are squeamish about blood or needles. I got my arm wrapped with a cotton ball and a gauze and was out the door about about 2 minutes after being taken back there! Amazing! My only caution is that this lab is across the street from another lab which can be confusing, especially if your insurance only works at one of them. This is the one on the west side of the street! Several weeks ago I needed a few tests done and once again, everything was excellent. The blood draw was done professionally and without pain. Reports were easy to access within a few days. Tonight I received an email notification that a test result was in. I was puzzled because I thought all of my tests were done but clicked on the report in case I still had a test out. Unfortunately, the test results that filled the computer screen were not mine. They were for another client and included their personal information and test results. I called Any Lab Test immediately. The first person I spoke to insisted the results were mine since my email was attached to it. I told her to look at the client's name on the test and compare it to the name attached to my email in their records. I told her that it was obvious that my email had been mistakenly attached to someone else's test results. She insisted I was wrong and the results were mine. When I informed her that HIPAA laws had been broken she said she'd get the manager. The manager said she would get the records straightened out and apologized to me for "inconveniencing you". I told her she needed to apologize to the person on the test and inform them their results and information were sent to a stranger. I told her I had no intention to use the client's information in any way except to run what happened by my lawyer to protect myself since I received the results. I also insisted that my account be deactivated and my personal information deleted. I cannot use this business again because if they made this mistake once it can be made again. The manager said she would deactivate my account. She apologized again. This lab has done excellent work for me. I don't dispute that. However, I am writing this review so that others who choose to go here will know that the lab sent one person's results to someone else. It may never happen again. But, if you choose to go here just be aware that it has happened.

I came for scheduled blood draw on 4/7/26. The draw was to cover the tests that were placed in the…read moresystem by 2 doctors. When I got into the room for the draw I told the tech that my draw was for four tests for one doctor and 10 tests for the other doctor. When the draw began, it was obvious that the tech was very experienced. They clumsily tried each arm with no success. I told them two tries was all I wanted to allow for them. The tech left the room and brought in another tech who had no problem inserting the needle and drawing the blood. However, the original tech did the labeling of the draw and did not include 6 of the tests that were in my order. I showed up at the doctors office today and the lack of results from the missing tests caused the appointment to be a waste of time for both me and the doctor. The doctor looked at the order in the system and confirmed all tests were in the system but all tests were not performed. Now I have to go back in for another draw and reschedule my doctor appointment. Be aware if you visit this location. I'm posting this as a warning. I tried to call the location to discuss the issue but sat on hold for 20 miuntes

The event was very informative. They showcased a lot of services they offer, shared special promotions, and even gave out lots of freebies. For the event, a swag bag was given at admission that included a shaker cup, vitamin C serum, and lots of supplements for health, which was a fun touch. One of the highlights was getting to learn more about my skin through their LED technology. This was quite interesting. The office was packed, they had things set up in the front and all around in the back. It got crowded at times. A gorgeous charcuterie board, fruit-infused water, and cake pops were available to guests. This was an insightful event. It was a really good way to attract new clients, and a thoughtful way to offer deals and appreciation to their current ones.
