After i gave him the ct scan of my ankle he tells me that he will call me after he speaks to his surgeon. 2 and a half weeks later i call them and ask whats going on and apparently he never called me back to tell me he put in a referral for me. The refferall also took two weeks and thats beyonde me. I have wasted almost a month trying to recover thanks to this guy and his lack of care torwards his patients. If she is telling you that it's her foot...why would you send her to get a MRI on her ankle when the Workmen's Comp. adjuster ask him about it Kyle's exact word we were," I felt like it was the ankle." He was not the patient and he didn't listen to what the patient was saying.She had an a reaction from the MRI... When we went to the emergency room they told us it was inflammation. Saw Kyle the very next day, he told us he didn't see anything on MRI! We should not pay for that service bc he DID NOT LISTEN TO THE PATIENT. He did an MRI ON HER ANKLE, when she repeatedly said her foot and tried to show him. There was no empathy. There was no concern. How can you be a good physician assistant , if you won't even listen to what the patient is saying. Then he proceeds to tell my daughter MRI(s)don't cause people to have any kind of reactions... Which the ER DOCTOR said that was a lie! Clearly there has been studies showing that the infrared heat from the MRI can get stuck in the tissue, causing a very hot sensation in discomfort from for the patient, he didn't believe her and wrote there was nothing wrong, he stated he saw nothing on the MRI of her ankle... When it wasn't her ankle, it was her foot. AND WE REPEATEDLY TOLD HIM THIS FACT. We left out filling, unseen and unheard after every visit we had with Kyle this place needs to go out of business as long as they have him there he is not professional at all, he does not listen to the concerns at least not of a young, black lesbian woman, act as if she's lying... Went to another Workmen's Comp. physician and guess what she was not lying... thank goodness for our new doctor. We are considering our options for Kyle GROSS NEGLIGENCE!

Thankfully, we were led by locals to Autocon, where owner Nilton Contreras (a 10-year Army medic vet and father of six) and his brothers were so kind. We had to leave the car with them, so Nilton took us and our belongings to a hotel in the next city, and then we rented a car for the remainder of the trip until we could back to Autocon to retrieve my Buick. These brothers are amazing and truly care about their customers as individuals. They replaced the Buick's valve cover gasket with Buick parts and had the car ready in three days. I wish them all the success they deserve and highly recommend Autocon for your auto servicing needs.

They usually have been great, if you schedule you're usually in and out within the hour. However, recently I've noticed that kind of care has been lacking. Our most recent appointment we had scheduled the night prior and waited almost two hours before we were finally seen and then another hour and a half in the back all for 15-20 minutes of contact with the nurse and doctor. If I wanted this kind of care I'd go to liberty regional.... if you can, go to Wayne Memorial or schedule with the other urgent cares.
