While I was floored to read some of the reviews for this Quest, I am grateful for the candidness. I believe that honest, fair reviews help our community and bring awareness to the business admins to filter the "bad" apples from the "good" ones where their personnel is concerned. I have commuted to this Quest from northwest Broward County for labs all year because I have gone from lab to lab and had bad, even traumatic experiences (no exaggeration). In fact, I had to contact corporate after one of the appointments and at their suggestion, request a prescription from my PCP for the use of the butterfly needle for future draws to avoid hematomas. My experiences at this location so far have been seamless! I make my appointment on the Quest app, check in with the QR code, scan my DL and insurance card and within 5-10 minutes, I am called inside. Quest diagnostic have a very poor emigrant policy they cant make appoiment becouse they dontt have insurance and a minor is cannot go in the same appoiment with a parent. read more

I checked in 5 min late and had to wait an hour to be seen by someone. Not to mention they don't speak English and I'm black so that was a recipe for disaster. I checked in again at the kiosk and it said wait 10 min. It still took an hour. read more

I had an appointment earlier today at this palmetto hospital location and on my way up I was stuck in the elevator for 45 minutes, had the firemen come and everything to get my sister and I and another lady out. When I stepped into the office and tried to knock on the door to let someone know what happened, though it's a glass door, they act as if you're not there. They're so good at ignoring the knocking that even a nurse that works there couldn't enter her own job. I called their phone number and spoke with customer service, they tried calling the office with me on hold and I watched as they let the phone ring and ring. The customer service representative even went as far as telling me she didn't understand why they were acting as if people weren't there and ignoring the phone. It shouldn't be this hard to get pre op blood work done. read more

I registered, click on the option to go to my car and then I received a text saying to come to the office and when I got there, my name was nowhere (this is an hour after), the lab techs didn't speak English, after speaking to the 4th one, she Spanglish saying you have to register again. 2 hours later I had my blood work done. read more

This location is a complete nightmare. I came yesterday as a walk in to get a drug test done. Sat for almost two hours and the power goes out and I'm unable to be seen. The lady sitting in the front says come tomorrow at 6 am as a walk in. Today I come in as a walking outside at 5:45 doors open at 6 everyone just runs in and there's no order. Then I'm told the drug test lady doesn't come until 6:30 that's fine. However I check in and specify that I'm doing a drug test yet someone still calls me back at 6:06. The lady in front runs me down and says you can't be seen until 6:30 umm excuse me miss I don't work here I filled the check in paperwork out to specify what I'm here for. All I can say is if you don't have to come to this location please don't. read more

Horrible customer service. They act like they don't need a job and are just there for hell of it. Super rude "medical staff". They are just there for a paycheck and obviously hate working on Saturdays but I think they should be thankful to have a job to be able to pay their bills and not forgot they forget that they are dealing with patients that need to be taken care specially the elderly ones. I really hope they improve their service since there isn't really other options for patients to go on a Saturday. read more

Came this Quest without an appointment as I wasn't able to get one online. This appointment was for my son and he was fasting. Needless to say I was concerned it was going to be awhile. We got to the lab at 7:30 AM and he was seen by 8:30 AM. I was impressed! The tech was very nice and kept him occupied while she took his blood. Service was great! Techs are great! Definitely recommend this location. read more
