We had an excellent experience with Antonisha at Quest Diagnostics on 17th Street. She was incredibly kind, gentle, and patient with my daughter, which made the entire visit so much easier and more comfortable. The office was efficient and well-organized--we had virtually no wait time and were in and out within just a few minutes. Antonisha's professionalism, compassion, and friendly demeanor truly stood out. She took great care of my daughter and made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel easy and pleasant. Thank you, Antonisha, for your exceptional care. We greatly appreciate it and would highly recommend this location to others. read more

I'm leaving this under my daughters name because I could not seem to leave my own. I have to say I've been going to the 17th street location for 2 years now and I have always had a great experience. I make appts for my blood work so I have never waited more the 5 minutes. Everyone is very nice and this last visit in August I had a great experience with Danita. She was professional and friendly. read more

Antonisha was great. I was always told my veins are hard to find and she took her time and did it perfectly.

I been having problems with the app so I visit this office, and I get it that it was closing time and that you guys are tired and want to leave, but been nice is free or charge me extra for that not helpful at all I ask a question and they said call 1-800-quest. And just walked away read more

Arrived for my 6:10am appointment for blood draw. Make an appointment, the app is easy and speeds up the check in. Natalie the lab assistant was amazing. While it was early (and neither of us had our coffee lol) she was friendly, professional, she is a "10" read more

I had an appointment on 3/13/26 @ 7:30am. When I got there, there was a problem with my script, and they couldn't do my labs. Few hours later a supervisor called me and apologize for the inconvenience. She told me to go back and that they would take care of me. I returned at my lunch break and sure enough a very sweet lady called Valerie was waiting for me. No waiting, no attitude. In and out and I was able to enjoy my lunch break. I have to say this place has change a lot. The customer service has improved. Keep on the good job!! read more

I went there without an appointment and I had very little wait time. The staff is friendly and professional. I was in and out within 15 minutes. read more

I had a great experience this morning at this location. I was there right before 8am for some blood test, I signed up for a walk in and they were very quick to see me. I couldn't get an earlier appointment for my fasting bloodwork so I booked the 10:10am. They called me in at 10 and everything went smoothly. The technician was very helpful and pleasant. I am glad I booked there. read more

Horrible! Rude people. No appointments available. Been trying to get testing done for pregnancy and they still dont help.

One of the worst experiences ever! Rude and unfriendly tech, and after a MONTH I'm still waiting for one of my test results. Using their online chat support is a total waste of time and when I emailed for help I got stock BS boilerplate response that showed that they hadn't even read my question. After a month I was finally able to talk to a live person that attempted to help... she got an answer and said it would be posted and she was emailing me the completed results. FIVE HOURS LATER I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT! NEVER AGAIN WITH THESE A-HOLES! read more

Literally the rudest customer service I have EVER experienced. The ladies working acted like you were putting them out that you were even there. They almost seemed angry. If you can avoid this place, do. It was that bad. They also left out a handful of the requested tests! Now I have to go have labs drawn again. And pay for another doctors visit! read more

A complete mess from beginning to end. Should it take 50 mins to "drop off" a urine specimen? These lab techs seem miserable in their jobs and want to take it out on their customers. So disappointing. Next time, Lab Corp. read more

I would give them '0' if I could. After they canceled 2 of my appointments for blood work due to 'renovations', I went for blood work I needed for my doctor's appointment next week. No one sent a text or called, the note on the door said 'emergency closing' after fasting for a day and half, I will never, ever use this lab again. I will look up Lab Cor or see what the Quest in W,. Commercial offers.... so unprofessional... just close this facility and be done with it! read more

Absolutely awful experience. The staff was extremely rude and decided they were done seeing people for the day at 1:00 and started deleting appointments off of the list. This was told to us only after being deleted and having waited almost 2 hours. Go to a different location. read more

I made an appointment for tues last week about a month ago. They were closed due to the storm but we weren't even affected. They also didn't even call me to let me know they wouldn't be open and to reschedule. I drove all the way there and when I got there realized they were closed. read more

Rude staff. Obviously poorly trained. Drawing blood should not be this complicated but they make it that way. Never again!

On time, quick in and out. Quality care. Saturday appts, to accommodate people work long hours.

No one is here to greet you upon arrival... absolutely no customer service tactics... The Employees don't even say hello. Everyone seems to be annoyed by the fact that they're at work. They call your name and don't ask how you are? They don't ask any further questions to make sure you understand everything going on.... Terrible. The employees don't create a comfortable atmosphere for people to ask questions or feel comfortable enough to express any concerns they may have. It's almost impossible to get an appointment which doesn't help with the frustration of this place. read more

I made an appointment online this time and there was no line at all. I checked in via the check in station at the front counter (scanned QR code in my appointment reminder email) and was seen about 2 minutes later. There are some chairs in the waiting area but at the time, were only occupied by a couple people. It was a hassle-free experience! I was in and out within half an hour. read more

After my experience here I think that the bad reviews are more an issue with supply and demand with the company rather than the service provided here. This area could really benefit from another location because the appointments do fill up really fast. The nurses here were definitely overwhelmed but they handled the schedule well. My nurse was fielding many patients questions all while handling her own patients. Also I didn't not feel a thing! I had a big blood draw and did not feel the stick or her changing the tubes or anything. I think the company should add a front desk assistant to help out the nurses and possibly another location to relieve the demand in the area but the staff was great here. read more

You need to update your website for the Fort Lauderdale location. Right now it says " walkings will wait 90 min." I was just there and a very rude lady said they will not take ANYONE"without and appointment. Also the next available appointment is July 12. read more

I had an appointment for routine annual physical lab work to be performed at 7:15 this morning. Prior to arrival, I received a text from Quest directing me to click the link when I arrived, which I did. I then received a second text telling me that I was checked in and I could wait outside or in my car and they would contact me when it was my turn. When the next text came in, I immediately entered the Quest facility, checked in, had my temperature checked and was told to have a seat. All done before my appointment time. I then watched a woman who had been there since before 7 being told that her appointment had been canceled as a no show despite her sitting right there. Then people who came in without an appointment were taken before me, until a woman who announced she had a 745 appointment was taken as well. When I asked what was going on I was told my appointment was cancelled as a no show as well. DO NOT WAIT OUTSIDE. It appears that when they are sending you a text to come in, they are simultaneously calling your name in the lobby, and you're not already inside, so they cancel your appointment. GO INSIDE AND WAIT INSIDE regardless of what their texts tell you to do. read more

Horrible experience. Staff there was rude and was busy arguing among themselves. One left the front desk to take a break with out coverage. The customers (yes we are patients and also customers) came to the window to ask a question but homegirl walk off out the front door with out telling the others. Wednesday, December 15, 2021 12:15 PM. I had an appointment to get blood work done. I booked and paid for the services online a week prior. I told the employee I was there for bloodwork and she told me to have a seat. Then asked me if I had the original order from my doctor. I said no but I had the order QR code from booking my appointment. She said that without the paperwork from my doctor I couldn't be seen. I was confused, but called my doctor to have it faxed over. A minute later, a different employee came to me saying that since I booked online, they had the order and I could be seen. I signed in and the first employee said that normally they need the paper. I explained that since I paid and booked online I didn't think I needed it and no one asked me if I had paid online, and she said that if I was going to argue, I wouldn't be seen. I said I wasn't arguing but that she should ask before refusing service, she said I was arguing with her and that if I kept arguing I could leave. I told her that this was ridiculous and we kept arguing, she said I was disrespecting her, I told her she was being rude. She then refused to allow me to have my blood work done and told me to leave. I was very frustrated and said I had a doctors appointment in a few days, I took time to get there, made the appt and fasted and needed to get it done. Pleaded with her that this was my health that I was dealing with and was important. She said I could go somewhere else. I asked to speak with a manager and she said she was in charge. I waited and practically begged to just get it done so I could see my doctor. She consistently refused and refused to give me a refund for the services I paid for. I was astounded but had no choice but to leave. I didn't get her name or information but I will never go to a quest diagnostics ever again. read more

To the woman at Quest who was screening patients at the door, I understand that you must be completely exhausted and fatigued from the increasing number of anxious patients and rigorous screening processes that have been added to your job. Please understand that seniors and cancer patients show up in your first hour of being open because your website clearly states that you offer VIP services for vulnerable populations at that time. It does not do any good for any of us for you to dismissively keep saying, "Everyone has the same thing." Trust me; I'd rather wait in line for 2 hours than have my husband seen as a priority patient because he's actively fighting brain cancer. read more
