When they are ready, they verify you and then take you into a back room. The technician who worked on me was great, you can see he had a lot of experience. I was in an out quickly, with the results the next day. Overall, I was very pleased.

The website says walk-ins are welcome, but when I checked in, I had to make an appointment for 2…read moredays later. One of the women in the lab said to disregard that and to just come on in. Then, there seemed to be a whole lot of confusion about how to read the order and a lot of back and forth between the two lab techs to the point that I thought maybe I should leave. The younger one took over and did a blood draw. Now it's been over 24 hours and the results have not been sent to my PCP. Seems pretty disorganized. I will search out another lab in the future.

Imm DID NOT cancel the appointment. It looked like they did and just didn't tell me. I called and talked to a person there and they had the gaul to tell me it looks like your appointment was nit completed. What???? I have the confirm email from them! Then he said it looks like we have an appointment for tomorrow maybe... Maybe??? This company is ridiculous and poorly managed. They are treating sick people!!! Completely unacceptable! Once I managed to secure my appointment, it was easy. It's not a drive up, you have to park, walk outside, check in and get a self swab! But, appointment only. They were turning away people that showed up without appointments! Like I said, the hardest part was getting an appointment. My time here took less than 5 minutes after I got out of my car including check in, getting the swab, doing the self swab, handing it back and walking out. Super easy and convenient! This is where I go for my primary care doctor. I also sometimes pick up prescriptions and get labs…read moredone here. The parking lot usually is pretty full, but I've never seen it completely full. And none of the spots are a very far walk from the door. There are plenty of handicap spots and a few spots reserved just for the pharmacy. I am disappointed that all dermatology moved from here to the Everett building. I used to also come here to see my dermatologist. I like all the doctors that I have seen here. They don't run behind a lot. If they are running behind, there is a board that indicates that. I feel well taken care of here. There are a lot of people on the first floor to help you. There is usually someone at a desk near the self check in and there are also people you can talk to that have computers to access your info. There is never a long wait time to talk to them.

My personal experience with Dr. Amy Harding was extremely disappointing after being so hopeful. The receptionist that scheduled my appointment said that even though you don't see patients, all providers work together to solve complex patient situations. My appointment with Amy was shorter than told and she was extremely dismissive and told me to buy a book and read it and join a facebook support group. No treatment plan, no critical thinking about my symptoms and how I feel super ill every day. Hundreds of dollars wasted and for a practice that's supposed to have a high success rate (your receptionist told me 80%). When I asked if I could see another provider to get a second opinion I was told changing providers was not allowed and I had to stick with Amy. Expect now all of a sudden she knew exactly what I had and I have to purchase a treatment plan and spend thousand dollars to buy a bundle deal as opposed to buying for each visit like I was previously told. Seems like this place is run more like a big business scam and not a not a compassionate healthcare facility that wants to heal patients so they don't have to continue coming back and spending money. My opinion to anyone considering this practice is to save yourself time and money and find another specialist.
