    Went to get my blood drawn and had made an appointment online. Seemed simple enough. Arrived with enough time to find parking and walk to the building the office is in. Saw a couple of people standing by the door and inquired if there were no seats inside. Found out the office wasn't open even though it was supposed to be open at 7am. One of the people waiting was a nursing student and luckily she had the number for the manager who told her the code to unlock the door. I had checked in through the text message I received but the other patient couldn't check in as his appointment time had passed. I was seen half an hour after my appointment time. And the phlebotomist didn't listen to me when I said I had small, rolling veins. He did but he didn't. He stuck me once and prodded around. Then proclaimed the needle too large. The place didn't have a stock of little butterfly needles. Luckily the technician had brought some with him. The second stick was better but not really. I've had where I hardly notice the prick. Not sure if I would go back there. The downtown location I've had luck with so maybe I'll drive further next time. Every little thing counts for me as I don't like needles and hate getting my blood drawn. Jessica the nursing student was great so shout out to her.

    My experience having a blood test here was like something out of a horror movie. The phlebotomist couldn't find a vein, so she poked around with the needle in my arm. Then she jabbed another vein in the same arm. No luck. At this point I'm sweating. Then she pricked my other arm, poking me twice and digging around uncomfortably. At this point I'm about to faint. She asked for help from a supervisor who got a vein first go, but very painfully. (And yes, I had drunk enough water beforehand.) I left the lab bandaged up, with no apology from them for their poor work. (This was a stressful blood test to begin with.) I contacted Quest Diagnostics patient advocacy back in October, but never received a reply. They don't care. Their incompetent staff clearly need more training at their job and also in customer service. So my only recourse is to share my awful experience here, along with some photos of my bruises, to warn others against this place.

    I had a good experience here today. The parking lot is connected to the hospital parking lot as well, so parking can be frustrating. Came in and I was called literally shortly right after. No wait at all and the service was fast. :) I guess I got lucky!

    9:15am appointment, seen at 9:35am, and left at 9:38am. Super busy with lots of walk ins...plenty of Quest's in the area to choose from.

We have seen front staff come and go, that happens, however Dr's Patt & Sundland are amazing an always go above and beyond, Andrea and the other PA's are better than most MDs I have seen. Just this Thursday, I went to see Andrea for severe abdominal pain. They did their best to get me into a CT scan same day and when they couldn't, sent me straight to the ER. Within 3 hours I was having my gallbladder removed and home by 11pm. Had we waited, it could well have ruptured over the weekend and become critical. Many practices would have just given me pain meds and sent me on my way for a follow up scan somewhere. This is just one of over 30 years worth of positive experiences and excellent care provided to my entire family. If you want good doctors that will tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear and that truly care about your long term health, you will find the best of care here. If you are a fussy impatient 20 something looking for "boutique" medicine, don't bother these fine people.

The pharmacy has reached out 4 times to get an updated prescription, no response from the clinic. I have phoned, emailed, been promised the prescription would be filled. At this point I will have to restart the program. Just shocked this place would prescribe a program then refuse to continue the treatment. Will be filing complaints with regulators.

This location was nicer than I expected. The receptionist was very friendly and attentive and explained everything very well. When I went back, she provided me with a warm gown. I liked that they had bird sounds like springtime playing softly in the background. The dressing room was nice and I only had to wait about 2 minutes before the technician took me in. She explained everything and was very gentle and friendly and I left feeling very glad that I had finally gone for another mammogram. I refused to ever go back. Hence I switched over to Health Images Woman's Imaging. Front office was helpful and nice and had me brought back very quickly. I didn't have a long wait and the tech was very nice as well. I did explain what had happened to me and she made sure to be extra commutative to make sure I was comfortable but she seemed already great at that. She talked to me whenever making adjustments and made sure I wasn't in any pain. My appointment was over quickly and I walked out feeling so relieved and happy that it went so smoothly. I will definitely go back and highly recommend them!
