I was told there was nothing wrong with those imaging, but my pain was significant for there to be no results. I had a second look at the MRI and they found a tear, and shared that I should get a new MRI because this imaging was poor. I paid quite a bit of money for this imaging and took time off work to come across town for it. I called to discuss with the team and provide feedback so this doesn't happen to anyone else, but staff didn't seem open to that conversation. Spend your money somewhere else where patient care quality is priority.

Today I stopped in to ask if Dr. Aimee could perform an injection for sciatica and to make sure they had this medicine in stock. Just that question only, before I went to the emergency room. What I experienced was a total different no customer service attitude response to my kindness and concern. This is nothing like the medical professional service that we are use to experiencing. I stood at the front desk for 10 minutes before I was greeted. Once the young lady appeared I was immediately given an attitude for no reason and she would not make eye contact nor apologize for keeping us waiting as three employees were laughing and socializing. They looked at us and we looked at them through the entry door window that leads back to the treatment area. I asked if I could call her right quick on the phone she said no. I said I could email her. She will not assist with that. She said if I did they would get back to me in a few days as I'm standing there with no one in the waiting room and no patients coming or going. She told me I would have to pay $150 and then she would see me (Dr. Aimee.) Super unprofessional all around. It is very disappointing as I am in tremendous pain and wanted to see a physician I could trust. My family and I will not be coming back.

The administrative staff is rude and combative, especially the office manager. My last visit was a follow-up for blood work, which somehow took an hour. The office manager, who was not wearing a mask, would not let my partner accompany me inside due to Covid. One would think that she would be wearing a mask if Covid was a concern, but alas. They sent my pharmacy conflicting prescriptions, the blood work left a bruise for over a week, every appointment take at least an hour, usually closer to 2 hours, you spend all of your time waiting in a room before talking to a PA for maybe 5 minutes. It's an all around awful experience.

I don't even know if Dr. Brown ever comes to the office. The nurse practitioner misdiagnosed me. She gave me a medicine that I never needed. She also was prescribing two medicines that have terrible effects together. Those combined medicines cause liver damage. Fortunately, I already knew better than to take them together. All I know is I expected to see a doctor. I did not expect a nurse that would give me a medicine that would cause me a reaction. I did not need medicine, but she gave me medicine with no cause. It takes many months to recover from this medicine if your body doesn't need it. I could have avoided these problems if this was actually a doctors office. I wish I never went. They are not running a medical practice. They are operating a malpractice at this place. In addition, none of the blood pressure cuffs work at their place. They will try to put you on high blood pressure medicine for no reason because all of their cuffs are bad. The cuffs look like they are 60 years old. Do not fall into the trap of taking medicines that they prescribe. Go to a specialist and always get a second opinion first. Taking a medicine needlessly can ruin your life.
