I personally…read morebelieve they actually tried to force all their patients that weren't HIV positive into taking action and finding new doctors and leaving by intentionally ignoring them and giving them a terrible office experience and not answering any phone calls. I don't know for sure because I didn't stick around to ask. but it was so bad that it couldn't have been anything but intentionally neglecting their jobs. There's no way it wasn't on purpose, because it's that bad.

When I asked for my medical records, they sent me links to a private, account-protected folder; when I asked for them to resend the files another way, they emailed me back "I have send you PDF." When I pointed out they didn't, they sent me an angry message in all caps. It's such a tragedy what happened to this place, and a lesson in not letting giant, mismanaged organizations take over small providers.

Once you turn into the parking lot turn left and look to the right. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a hello and a pleasant smile. There were 3 staff members there waiting to assist customers. They also have security at the door. The attendant asked if i had an appointment. I advised I had two appointments that day. She checked me in for the first one and advised me she would check me in for the second one after the first visit was completed. She did just that. I didn't have to remind her because she found me in the waiting area. The waiting area has plenty of comfortable seating and to my surprise there was phone charging stations. There is also a pharmacy towards the back of the lobby. I had an awesome experience with Dr Schenkel and Dr Redmond. They both have excellent bedside manner and were attentive when listening to me and my needs. They were thorough in their care. Grady has done so much for putting this outpatient office in this community and the new South Fulton facility coming soon in Union City. Give these folks a try. They will take good care of your needs.

Even if you have an appointment, you will wait! My appointment was at 10:45am and at 11:30am I asked the woman what was taking so long. She proceeds to hand me a paper that reads that can take up to an hour to see you, with an appointment! Why make an appointment if you are going to have to wait two to three hours? They also don't really help you, physically. The doctor gave me a prescription for some Tylenol. I could've bought that over the counter!
