I felt the need to leave a review after seeing all the old, negative, reviews below. I went into this Quest location this morning as a walk-in without an appointment. I checked in at the digital kiosk, had a seat, and was promptly called back by a great phlebotomist (I think her name was Susan). Susan was fantastic. She was personable, fast, and I barely noticed the needle. I walked in and walked out in less than 10 minutes. Definitely a great Quest location! read more

Be ready for a massive, surprise billing. They are notorious for not giving you an idea of how much you will be billed.

Worst customer service ever!!! (And that is quite a statement) I have a long list of health issues that require frequent blood draws so I'm in a quest diagnostic at least once a month and they are usually clean, professional and I'm not afraid to get blood drawn.. Not at this place!!!! I went in at 445 on a wed and walked in and the heavyset tattooed lady that looked and acted like she just got out of prison barked at me " we are closed". I replied then why is your door open.? She barked at me again about she was too busy.. apparently walking 5' to the door to lock it was going to wear her out.. go back on Friday morning and she was in an even worst mood than before.. the older gentleman ahead of me was belittled by this same individual and i was about ready to say something about her incredible rudeness but didn't cause I just needed my blood drawn.. Sat down to give blood and she had her food and drink all about the blood draw area and it definitely didn't look clean or sanitary. She started rambling on about the old man she just belittled in front of me. I could not believe how unprofessional she was.. was getting ready to have blood drawn and she recognized me from wed and started in on me about "yelling" at her.. I told her she was rude to myself and to the elderly gentleman. immediately got up before she drew blood cause I was afraid she was going to harm me.. Ask to talk to her manager in which she replied she was the manager and that if I wanted to complain I had to go to website.. Avoid at all cost?!?!?!? Unsanitary conditions, horrific customer service and a very scary individual that should not be working there let alone drawing blood.. Go to the North glen location on a 120th. I just got back from getting my blood work done with this Quest Diagnostics in Safeway in Arvada. One of the worst experiences I've had at a medical facility. My privacy was violated when a random man comes into the room and stays in the doorway while I get my blood drawn. Then I leave and my arm is bleeding, dripping blood down to my hand. The gauze wasn't even on the location they drew from. I would post pictures but it's disgusting. They need more systems in place so this doesn't happen again. I felt like my privacy rights were violated, as well as the care I was given was very bad. read more

April is my hero she takes my bloodwork when I am extremely afraid of getting it done. She takes my anxiety away and talks me through the whole thing. It didn't even feel like I even feel like anything and all thee sudden I'm done. I wish everyone was as gentle with their patients as she. I will always be a patient of hers! read more

Thus Quest lab is very accommodative to our request with great lab technician with one trial of blood draw without any difficulty.

Be very cautious when getting any tests done at this place. I was supposed to get 3 tests done and they did 11. I told them I didn't have insurance and ended up with an $1,100 bill. 5 out of the 11 tests were for the exact same thing but they claim it was a different test, though the description and codes were exactly the same. When you call customer service they won't work with you at all, there is no true explanation of what the repeated tests were actually for and they were flat out rude. Truly a disappointing and frustrating experience. I would not recommend going there. read more

Had to go here for some blood work. They got me right in, were very nice and polite, and the facility was very clean. They made it as easy as possible to just drop in. Also, they got the results to my doctor within 24 hours! read more

I made an On Line appointment to have a blood draw at the 7950 Kipling Quest Diagnostics center, when I arrived the doors were locked and there was a sign on the window stating that the office was temporally closed for a few week period. After I made the appointment I received an e-mail & an automated phone call confirming my appointment for the 7950 Kipling location. I also called this location many times to attempt to confirm that Quest accepted my insurance, but I only heard a recording that did not mention anything about being closed. This is unacceptable; I definitely do not want a company that is this incompetent to stick a needle in my arm. read more

The woman that works at this office is super friendly and kind. I needed my labs rushed or my doctor would have cancelled my surgery for the following morning. She went above and beyond, called a rush courier and ensured that my blood work was processed that night so I could have my surgery, Even my surgeon was surprised it worked put. Had to go three times (so far) just to get the job done. Go somewhere else. Did not take enough blood the first time. Did a wrong test the second time. Lets hope they get it right the third time. Only going back because I want them to send out the test in overnight mail. Been waiting fifteen days just to find out that they did the wrong test. read more

Absolutely horrible! Went to the location and there was a sign saying they moved. No big deal. Went to the other location located in safeway. Find the office and walk in to have my 2 yr old daughter's finger prick lead test done. My daughter did amazing! Didn't cry with the prick and stood still for several minutes. The nurse, however, had a hard time understanding the concept of collecting the blood. She held her finger upright and attempted to scrape the vial along her finger trying to catch the blood. There was blood everywhere! It was dripping! Catch it! Use gravity to your advantage not disadvantage! Hold her finger over the vial. This is common sense! I asked if she'd ever done this before and she said no. I kept telling her she's doing it wrong, but she wouldn't listen and kept trying to scrape the blood off my daughter's finger. At this point, my daughter isn't having it anymore. Would have been easier at this point for me to do it myself! We left without getting the sample. This should have taken two minutes. We sat there for 10 and now my daughter is traumatized by this woman's lack of common sense. Now we have to go somewhere else and do it all over again. I will never come back to this location. Nina needs training stat! Please, train her properly! read more
