I went recently and had blood drawn and the girl that did it was HORRIBLE. She wouldn't make eye contact or speak outside of issuing commands with a very rude tone and was very short and snappy and insulting. There was also a used cotton pad from the person who was in the chair before me! She saw it and just left it there next to my arm. Her behavior is highly unprofessional. I don't know her name, but she has long, kind of curly black and blue hair. I thought and was hoping, she was just having a bad day. But I have since heard from other people that they have had the same experience with this girl. If you go in and get her- save yourself an awful experience and go somewhere else or request someone else. Worst experience having blood drawn in my life!

My friend has type 2 diabetes and requires 2 types of insulin which now thanks to these people he has been out of for about 4 days. He was seen on September 3rd, the doctor told him she wanted him to have lab work done before she would prescribe any insulin, and when he went to make a follow up appointment they said" Ok we'll see you in 3 weeks. " My friend said, "If I don't get my insulin for 3 weeks I'll be dead." The receptionist told him to go get the labs done and then call in for a follow up appointment. He went directly to the lab afterwards but the doctors office was closed by the time he got out of there, and it was a Friday. So, as soon as they opened he called for a follow up appointment and was told the doctor had prescribed him insulin the day he was seen even though the doctor herself said she wasn't going to prescribe anything until the labs came back. Went across the street to the pharmacy and was told the prescriptions were sent but had no dosage instructions so they couldn't fill it until they heard back from the doctor which they hadn't yet at that time.Went back to the doctor office and was told the labs came in so he'd have to see the doctor before they could resend the script & they didn't have anything until the next day after lunch time(1:00pm). My friend agreed to come back at 1:00pm and this time the doctor said they would send the prescriptions over to the pharmacy right away since he'd been out of insulin. I took him back to the pharmacy and was told there was never any record of anything being sent to them for him. These people say that they care about their patients, THEY LIE! The only thing that they care about is taking your money! These people won't even answer their phone for patients even though they have NO patient's in their clinic! They do not care that they're putting someone's life at risk at all!! They claim they called in his prescription September 3rd and today is September 10th and the pharmacy says they have absolutely NO record of a prescription in his name at all! I called the doctors office while at the pharmacy and they surprisingly answered the phone,what a miracle that was, and she said " It says right here on my computer it was sent there to the Rite Aid pharmacy right across the street. I dont know why they say they don't have it, they have done this before & I don't know why they say they haven't received the prescriptions. Tell them it was sent to them electronically. " The pharmacist at Rite Aid was very rude also and would not talk to the person from the doctor's office on the phone directly herself to get their miscommunication fixed so that my friend could get his insulin. I don't know how these people can sleep at night knowing they have put their patient at risk of going into a coma or dying. This office should be shut down completely since none of their employees do their job properly or professionally. I honestly don't know why they have been able to stay in business for as long as they have. I definitely DO NOT recommend this place to anyone!! You'll be better off going to the E.R.

I hired Mr. Walker to thoroughly inspect my home prior to putting it on the market. He found several things that needed attention; a leaking window frame, wood earth contact of siding installed incorrectly and some mold in the basement near the furnace. Mr. Walker was able to successfully treat the mold. He also referred me to local contractors that could do the other repairs in a timely manner. He was prompt and courteous and very professional. Mr. Walker's final report covered all aspects what he did and was easy to understand given the extensive photos included. Having an inspection prior to sale allowed me to show a perspective buyer that all was well with the home they were looking to purchase. I highly recommend his service.
