If you are hard to draw blood from see Brianna Ramirez! Brianna I need you! I keep getting sent home and my doctor is going to stop prescribing medicine for me. I don't know how to request you and it's gotten so I dread going in. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with the people I've seen it's just because I'm so hard to draw from and you did it so easily. I am sorry it took me getting desperate to finally write this review for you. I meant to a hundred times when I was just happy and grateful. Fast and courteous. I like that they are very nice and they get you in and out of there in no time at all.

My wife went for some blood draws, was seen speedily, and the technicians were very nice. Note: The automated check in machine doesn't work for scanning driver's license, just check the "scanner not working" button and the whole automated process works fine. No reason to dock a star for that because the people were very nice. read more

Avoid this place if you're hard to draw blood from I went numerous times to get my labs done until I gave up I went to another non quest lab and they got me on the first try only positive about this quest lab is the staff are friendly read more

The older lady that works the front desk sometimes is super rude and not helpful at all. I also made an appointment and wasn't seen until an hour after it, not sure what the point is of offering appointments if you don't intend to uphold them. The lady who drew my blood was very nice and pleasant and clearly overworked as there wasn't anyone else helping even though the queue of people waiting was out the door, literally. Hire more people and make sure when you do you hire friendly people who know how to serve customers. read more

How the heck do you get ahold of a live person? They open at 7 am, I called at 8:30 am so I know they're opened. The automated phone system is ridiculous! I would not recommend going to them because what if you need to get ahold of them regarding something? Ridiculous! Press the following buttons for service: 1. Directions 2. Results: line does NOT work, you get hung up on. 3. Automated appointment line 4. General information - continued automated line, no options to speak to a live a person. Ends with "your call cannot next transferred. Please call again later." 5. Billing/pricing - line does NOT work, you get hung up on after 4-5 minutes of being on hold silently. 9. Horrible attitudes towards everyone in the lobby, very rough with my elderly mother, wasn't very friendly at all, didn't talk her through the process. Very cold people. I went to Labcorp the next day and was treated with kindness and care. read more

Waited for almost an hour just to get blood drawn. I finally got fed up with waiting and asked the receptionist what was taking so long. She was rude and by the looks of her all kinds of lazy. "Well, I'm the only one here and people that have appointments come first." There were two other workers in the back. I told her "This is ridiculous. I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes. I've been here for almost an hour." I won't even post her reply here. "I'll never come back here!" I said as I walked out! So I left and went to Lab Corp over by Gateway Chiropractic and was seen right away by very pleasant people. The whole visit here took less than 15 minutes! I have been going to Quest Diagnostics in Anderson for the last 13 yrs. I have always been treated with respect, courtesy, friendly demeanor.I make an apt before going in (since this has been offered).which is offered to everyone. Waiting an hour is the individual persons fault , make an apt, very easy to do. I will continue to use Quest for as long as i live in this area. I would definitely give more stars if there was a direct line to speak to an actual human being instead of having to go through so many different hit this button hit that button and even then you don't even get to talk to nobody they should have a direct line so that if anybody is having any trouble whatsoever that they can call them and talk to somebody directly just my opinion though read more

This Quest is great! They always get my vein on the first try! Which is difficult due to my small veins. They are always pleasant and make me feel very comfortable. There are usually others waiting for blood work, so make an appointment. The wait is not very long even if no appointment. Comfortable office to wait in. read more
