For my meal, I went with the highly-acclaimed fish and chips, which did indeed live up to their hype. The fish was perfectly fried and the fries had a good bite to them. I also really enjoyed the fry sauce that tagged along with the dish. Our server was also wonderful and made helpful suggestions throughout the meal. Today, happened to be, I had a quick trip to St George and I went to grab a quick bite before heading back to Vegas. It was between lunch and dinner, so the place wasn't packed at all. Hostess offered a seat by the bar or in the dining room. I picked the dining room. Waiter came over quickly, took my order, then returned with water and my Pepsi. Then a few minutes later he came back with the sandwich which was French Dip with Fries. The sandwich was more like a cheese steak sandwich, I noticed, but it was tasty enough to eat it, and didn't bother me much. Although, I picked out the spicy peppers from it, and the waiter asked me if I wanted it to remake the sandwich, but it was really fine. I only took out the spicy peppers, because I don't eat spicy food at all. That's all. I told him that I think it's really a cheesesteak sandwich, and he said that this is how they make the French Dip in this restaurant. I didn't make a big deal about it. As I said before, it was tasty and I ate it. He refilled my Pepsi. Got my check, paid, and left. This Brewery is worth visiting, because it looks really cool! The building itself is huge, very authentic with lots of great decorations. Waiter told me to check out upstairs because it's more than just a restaurant and a bar, it has lots of items displayed, very interesting stuff, nicely decorated!

Kouign Amann Our benchmark for baked goods is the almond croissant and this one has set the new gold standard. 10/10. The Tabernacle Croissant was very good - the vanilla cream filling was well distributed throughout and went very well with the light and moist pastry. The cream cheese danish was good, but the cream cheese was a little sweet for our tastes; sacrilegious to say, I know. The kouign amann was also good and we just liked the others more. I wanted to add that when we were there it was near closing time so they gave us a berry parfait on the house. It was likely one of the best parfaits I've had; the ingredients were so fresh and the granola delicious.
