My previous experiences with this hospital were not very good at all, quite the opposite and in the negative. This experience was much better, was able to hop around and find a wheelchair no problem. The staff were super friendly and worked with a sense of urgency, when it all was said and done, the visit took about 3 hours, the only thing that I have negative to say was that the doctor at the time read my xray wrong and I got a phone call the next day telling me very bad news. The hospital was very clean and bright. Lots of parking on site Transit options are the 123 and 80 buses, and the 15 with a bit of a walk from the mall.

An urgent care centre (UCC) provides care for non emergency injuries and personal health issues. Sprains, cuts, rashes, broken fingers etc for example, as well as blocked catheters, urinary retention and post surgical complications if needed. Emergency care is provided at another site, as is inpatient care. This site provides investigative and pre operative work up, as well as rehabilitation on an outpatient basis. An army of knowledgeable volunteers and clerical staff ensure you are seen in good time. The UCC practices triage, so less urgent cases may wait a long time for treatment. These cases could probably get seen at a walk in clinic or at their own doctors. Properly utilized this can be a one stop shop. Before I retired as an RN I referred patients here appropriately and they received good care. My wife had her follow up care here after her knee replacement, and I have cardiac investigations done here. The one down side? The cost of parking, although options are available to reduce the cost for frequent attenders.

I went into get a refill for my prescription and he barely made eye contact and stared at the computer for 5 minutes. After typing up the prescription, the doctor mumbled "Here" as he handed over the prescription paper. He was very rude and careless. All he cares about is seeing as many patients as possible. He makes patients feel uncomfortable and doesn't know how to interact with them. It also doesn't help that when you google this doctor's name, you see that he's actually suspended in the U.K. Avoid at all cost!

Not only are the wait times ridiculous (1 hour in waiting room, 1 hour 20 mins inside the clinic…read moreroom until finally a doctor showed up. this is for both appointments and walk in visits) but the service is terrible. I have been diagnosed 5 times now with a bladder infection since September 2013 (it is now March 2014). Each time I would be prescribed antibiotics that end up not working so that I have to come back (making them more money and wasting more of my time). So for one bladder infection I would have to buy 2 different sets of antibiotics. Fine, great, whatever. However, the most recent time I had been coming in for my second appointment, to get a stronger antibiotic, I had the doctor there actually look at my results and say "Well that's funny". It turns out my results came back negative, for this current appointment and the week early when I got my first prescription. Not only that, but looking back, my results have come back NEGATIVE EVERY TIME for the past 7 months! They just kept pumping me full of antibiotics assuming their misdiagnosis was correct because they didn't READ the results! Alright, I let that slide. I'm pretty upset that I've wasted a good $100-$200 on worthless antibiotics, and wasted so much time in their waiting room.. but that's okay, I need to figure this out. So they book me an ultrasound to see if anything would show in my bladder/ovaries to explain why I'm having abdominal pain. I go to the appointment, it's quick and they tell me the results will be in by the Monday. Low and behold, I'm still suffering and Wednesday comes around where I finally give in and call them to see if the results are in. Yep! They are! But the doctors didn't register for a call-back. Which means, they didn't really find anything. Are you kidding me? I don't care if you didn't find anything, but it would be great if you let me know so I can look into what else it might be that is causing me such pain! I have been suffering on and off for 7 months because of your misdiagnosis and ignorance. I know you're busy, but if you recognize that your clinic has made such a BIG mistake, wouldn't you think to save face by trying to find out what may actually be wrong with the person? It is unbelievably frustrating that they can get away with brushing off someones medical issues because one avenue came back clear. If this turns out to be something seriously damaging or deadly, I will bring this to some sort of authority. Never go to this clinic. I'm not just talking about one doctor. I've seen 3 of them for the same problem, and they all misdiagnosed me. I know you're not paying for the visit, but the governments money is better spent ANYWHERE but here.

Lots of parking in the front and the back, I would actually recommend going to the back of the building, it's a little bit more quiet and spots are always available. This office is a short walk from kipling station and is serviced by 30, 45 and 46 busses. would definitely come back!

This is one of many mass vaccine locations throughout Toronto. They administer the mRNA vaccines…read morefrom Pfizer and Moderna. Pharmacies administer the AstraZeneca vaccines since they don't need ultra cold refrigeration. You must keep a face mask on at all times inside the building. They prefer that you go in alone. And I was thinking ... who is going to take pictures of me! Throughout Mar to Apr 2021, since there is a shortage of vaccine doses, the mass vaccination centres are operating at below capacity. At this Cloverdale Mall location, they are capable of 4000 vaccinations per day but are only operating at 1300-1500 per day. All vaccinations are done by appointment (no walk-ins). There are many volunteers administering the doses. Mine was a fire captain. I had my Pfizer dose on 2021-04-24 19:30. They close at 20:00. There were only 4 people in front of me. They do a screening at the entrance to the building and at a check-in desk again. They even make sure you haven't had any other vaccines within the past 2 weeks. They check your identity and track you by your Ontario Health Card. I was given an appointment code but they never used it. Then they send you to one of 200 tables where they will administer your dose in your upper arm. Note: remember to wear something where your upper arm can be easily exposed. Unfortunately I forgot! Oops! The injection took about 2 secs and I didn't feel a thing! Then they give you a slip of paper with the time of your 15-min waiting period. There are many chairs where you can sit out your 15 mins. There is first aid available if you have any side effects while waiting. You may use your cell phone while waiting but you cannot take any pictures or videos in the main area. That means no pictures or videos of your injection either. You are given another small piece of paper as your proof of vaccination but that is also emailed to you. On your way out, there is a background where you can get your picture taken. They background implies you got vaccinated. There are separate blue and pink backgrounds. I managed to get one of the volunteers to take my picture during my 15-min period. Unfortunately you must keep your face mask on during the picture. I heard of two other mass vaccination locations that give you a candy bar on your way out. I got nothing at this location. Boo hop! Starting May 2021, with more vaccine doses arriving weekly, the site will be more busy. They are now catering to the Mississauga hot zones. There is no free WiFi. Anyway, I saw Dr Ibrahim. I went to the pharmacy in the evening but it turns out the drug prescribed was not available in Canada (how does a Canadian doctor not know that?) The clinic would not fax an updated version of the drug to the pharmacy. They said it would take 48 hours (which I couldnt wait obviously). In the end I had to go to a different clinic to update the prescription.
