I have had about 10 Brazilian wax services done over the course of my life, and no one has waxed my clitoris and caused nerve damage before. The nerve damage did come back and did stop being numb, but I don't think that is worth $99.00 for the service. I would rather not have that happen. It is kinda creepy that the salon thinks it is okay for that to happen, and it kinda reminds me of clitoris removals that happen in Africa. Buyer beware, this is not a safe place for waxing. *In response to owner's response: I mentioned this twice once in person and once in email about what happened. No one apologized about it, and in the last response from the owner I am not hearing an apology either. She ripped through my hair with a brush while bleach was still on it, kept opening foils/adding bleach but then would take some out way before the others and asked the other stylist working what to do every step of the way/talked about me within ear shot every time she left. Very uncomfortable hearing a more experienced stylist say to her "it always looks a little crazy when it's wet and you just have to hope it looks different when it is dry." I will never get my hair done here again, don't waste your time or money here.
