Update: Seems like we had a big miscommunication and they had offered a re- pierce. I'm guessing the message was cut short. We are happy to say we will take them up on the offer. The original piercing experience was clean and professional for my teen. However after the nose piercing was changed (6 months later) the 24 k gold ball she picked out and purchased ended up getting infected (it was too small) and backed inside her nose. She had to get it removed in an emergency from the school nurse because it was so painful. When we called to explain our situation via vm after hours, they returned our call on vm and basically shamed us for not coming in ( we live 3 hrs away) and didn't offer to re-pierce or help. We were big fans in the beginning but I would not recommend this business due to the customer service. We paid a lot and now the hole is closed. read more

Integrity Piercing has the most patient and relaxed vibe. I love that we can book appointments for one-on-one sessions or have piercing party! We organized a piercing party for a young child, and after one ear was pierced, she decided she didn't want the other side done. In the end it seemed she was only going to stick with one. However, at the last minute, she changed her mind and wanted the second ear pierced. Chrissy did my nose piercing recently, and it was great! I felt so comfortable during the process from her explanations of everything, to the cleaning and sanitizing of the area and tools. All went well and I'm super happy with it! Today, I brought our 7 year old in to get her ears pierced and WOW!! The patience, kindness, and respect that Chrissy showed her was INCREDIBLE!! It took about an hour and a half from start to finish because our daughter was so nervous, but Chrissy never made us feel rushed or let our daughter feel pressured. Every step of the way, Chrissy asked permission for what she was about to do, and didn't do anything until our daughter said she was ready. I had such a disappointing, negative experience here. I scheduled a septum piercing appointment in April. The piercing artist was very personable and we had a great rapport but the piercing turned out crooked, to both of our disappointment. We took the piercing out ASAP, agreeing that I would call to reschedule once it had healed. A few days later, the front desk staff called me and said that piercing artist had decided to stop offering septum piercings because "the last 5 or so had just turned out a little off, a little crooked," and would I like to be scheduled with the owner for my re-piercing? I said sure! It was difficult to schedule with the owner. I came in to be re-pierced 2+ months later. The owner examined my septum and said it might come out a little crooked again just because of the shape of my nose, but if she managed it just right, she might be able to minimize it. I said, "Let's go for it!" While she was piercing me, she said that I had been the last septum that my previous piercing artist had attempted to pierce. It seemed pointed and odd but I tried to brush it off. Sure enough, the piercing came out crooked and with a sigh of acceptance we took it out. The owner pointedly said that she'd prepped me for this outcome beforehand because she didn't want me to be surprised. I said, "Yes, last time I didn't hear anything like that about my septum and I actually was surprised!" The owner went on to say, "Well, the last piercing artist cried in the office after you left, according to my office staff. I have no idea what you said to her. She later refused to tell me why she was crying once you left." That felt weird and horrible, absolutely gut-wrenching (like most folks, I don't want anyone to cry after an interaction with me). I said, "Wow, I have no idea why she would cry-- I barely said anything at all! I know I was bummed, but thought she and I had a great dynamic. I'm confused as to why you're saying this to me." She then went on to say that she had felt hesitant about rescheduling me because I might have to see the previous piercer for check-ups (I'm thinking maybe this was part of why it was so difficult to reschedule? They hoped I would just go away? Wish they would have said and I would have not tried so hard to finish what I started with them!). But I would have had no problem seeing the previous piercer and was never asked as much. I liked her! The experience was bewildering, perturbing, rude, and unprofessional. I love when an employer wants to support and defend their employees, but in this case, there was nothing to defend against, and I left feeling confused, accused, and maligned! Made me feel bad and weird for having the audacity to try and get pierced and then even reschedule with them when the first piercing didn't work! Really terrible experience! read more

They will assess your anatomy to make sure your piercing will not only heal beautifully but last you a long time. The studio is very clean and set up for a great experience. I am so disappointed. I have been coming here for years. I have sent business their way and have been thrilled with them. The customer service is absolutely horrible now. I have been hearing how you can never get into them anymore or I would hear other complaints. I would always stick up for them until I just had my own experience. I have been purchasing nose rings from them. I buy the ones where they have to use a tool to put them on. My nose ring came apart and I needed a new one. I assumed I could drive there and pick up a new one like previous. Nope, door is locked. Called them and asked if I could buy one. They wanted me to make an appointment. When you walk in you'll notice it's modern and very sleek furnishings, neatly stocked display cases, sparkling clean corners, and the smiling face of the owner and piercer, Chrissy. * I'd like to note that right now, at this very second, Integrity piercing is the only APP certified piercing shop in the Wenatchee area, and it shows. Chrissy carries high quality jewelry, sterilizes with the Sirius (brightest star in the sky, for those of you not astronomically inclined) of all autoclaves, and like I mentioned before, is clean. And I don't mean clean like 'clean', I mean clean like changes the three second rule to a six second rule, clean. That kind of clean. She did a daith piercing on me with a pretty little niobium heart with a spiffy white opal. She was super professional, she explained everything to me and left nothing out while she sterilized my jewelry and when the sterilization was done, she showed me the indicator that said so, had me initial it, and proceeded on with the piercing festivities. She was fast with the piercing- not much pain, just pressure- and that was it. The piercing was nice and deep into my cartilage and cute to boot! I was a very happy customer indeed! Hands down the best studio I've ever been pierced in! I got a conch piercing here (I have had a rook, 2 double lobe, and 4 helix piercings done at other shops in various cities.) You can tell that Whitney and Chrissy take a lot of pride in the shop and really care about their customers. They are quick to respond to both Facebook and phone messages, and they provide excellent customer service...Chrissy went to practically the ends of the earth trying to source a set of replacement posts for some unusual ends I had in my helix piercings! The waiting area is bright, welcoming, clean, and comfortable. High-quality, internally-threaded jewelry from amazing suppliers (including Industrial Strength, NeoMetal, and Anatometal) is displayed in well-lit cases. At the front desk, Whitney is always ready to answer questions about jewelry and aftercare. Speaking of aftercare, everybody gets sent home with a very thorough "dos and don'ts" guide and a package of sea salt. Owner and piercer Chrissy is incredibly knowledgeable and she actively engages in continuing education (bonus points for being an APP member and educator!) Her cheery, caring demeanor is sure to make even the most nervous customer feel comfortable about getting pierced.
