I got zefir, lokum, and a selection of chocolates and candies from glass jars. I loved the zefir and trying the different sweets. It was a great experience, and I got to try snacks that would otherwise be difficult to find locally. The lokum was so-so by itself, but it went really well with tea and served to guests. The store itself has a very cozy and homely feel and the workers were very nice and helpful! They suggested I get pastila, as it was a favorite. I liked the pastila and it was very reasonably priced. Overall, I'd suggest this store if you're in the area and want to try treats from a new region. I'd like to go back sometime to try the more savory items!

The best thing about this deli, though, is the staff. They are friendly and helpful. Each time I visit, I'm greeted like an old friend. And while it is on the expensive side, it is absolutely worth it. Their products are high quality and there is a wide variety of unique items. Be careful how much you put in your container because it adds up fast (but it is worth it). The deli has a wide variety of meat, cheese and prepared food options.
