I went in for a pedicure and came out with very sore and bleeding toes. I kept telling the tech he was hurting me and he would move on to the next toe with the same painful technique. I showed the owner my bleeding toes and she applied something that burned like heck and still charged me. I'm never going back. So disappointing!!! read more

Got dip nails and asked for him not to put a gel top coat on. The gel always chips, peels, or bubbles within 24-48 hours and I don't want to pay for that. He acted like that was crazy and just put a regular top coat on. My nails are gritty and uneven. Thankfully I have a dip top coat at home and was able to file off the nail polish and top coat my own nails. My pedicure was great, so I gave 2 stars. read more

Ladies, listen to the reviews- I should have - this has to be the absolute worst nail job I've ever got - and I regularly get my nails done (dip). Rude workers, subpar service, and it took soooo long. First, I was moved from person to person - I had three different people work on me - first was the male owner, and he was incredibly rude, would t say anything, then he moved me another chair right in the middle of taking my old dip nails off - the next girl wouldn't look at me nor would she say a word. Then she took off to do some one's pedicure. I was then switched to the female owner, who said the girl that was taking my nails off didn't even do nails. So the female owner did both me and my friend's nails at the same time. I got the lousy nails, that took us almost two hours in the chair. My friend got her cuticles chopped up and bleeding on several of her fingers. The quality of these nails are soooo bad, my nails are usually much longer and they normally last for weeks without a chip or breaking. I'm so disappointed in this place, I wanted to give them a chance despite the horrible reviews - but jeez, the owner did mine and they were this horrible. read more

My go to. Until now. Went to have nails removed. Left with bleeding nail beds from nails being torn off into raw flesh. My go to. Until now. This place is dangerous. I left before more damage could be done. Another salon finished the removal without the mutilation. A broken piece of acrylic nail was being used to cut the nail from my real nail. She cut into my nail bed, ripped off the nails and stuck my fingers into acetone - I assume to stop the bleeding. What kind of human tortures another like this with no remorse? read more

The paint on the nails is OK, the only reason that I'm giving this a one star is the pain that I have continuously felt throughout the day since my manicure. My fingers have started to swell around my nails where the man cut them with a electric sander tool. They were bleeding once he did it, and when he saw he just pushed powder more into the cuts, which made them hurt worse. Also, even though I made an appointment, they took Priority of a girl that came in 30 minutes into my appointment. They made sure to hurry up with my nails so they could get her instead. Note* I cannot run my hands through water to wash them without feeling an excruciating burn. read more

The man acted like it was an inconvenience to give my pedicure, he kept watching TV, he hurt me twice with that stupid drill getting the policy off, I had to ask him to cut a crooked flap of toenail that he left. very rude. Absolutely the WORST nail salon I have ever been to! Terrible customer service. I called ahead and was told to come in in 30 minutes. When I got there, I still had to wait and when I finally got sat down at a table the lady put my nails in acetone and then left me there for over an hour. No one checked on me or anything! even another customer said did they forget about you? Finally, someone started working on my nails, but it was a different person and then they had to have a third person to paint my nails. They kept making me move from table to table. They were all very rude. And my nails look like shit. They are crooked uneven , the gel polish is sloppy and lumpy. I was there for over 2 hours. When I was checking out, I asked the lady three times how much it would be, and she said nothing and snatched my card from me. You could not pay me to go back to this salon. We were the second one to get there and sat in the chair for an hour and they didn't even come over to me and start. They had bad attitudes and the guy was yelling on the phone. They were very slow. I left after an hour and a half and still didn't have my nails done. read more

They did great if you don't look close. When my nails were curing under the light I could really see all the spots they missed with the top coat and all the ripples. They left globs of polish under my nails and brought blood to two fingers. And it already looks like nails have grown out a week. I will definitely be going somewhere else. read more

Do NO try this nail salon. This place was not clean and the nail tech cut my fingers three times. He did sloppy work and then tried to make up for it by sanding around my cuticles..that led to the cuts. I've been to a lot of nail salons because I get mine done every two weeks. If I could give this place No stars I would. Came in with my grand daughter on a Saturday for Mani Pedis. The young boy they had do her pedi never spoke to her and hurt her when he was working on her. The man doing mine never spoke to me. The "Owner" did my nails and cut them too far back and cut 3 of my fingers with the drumel . On Sunday they SNS started lifting and by Monday afternoon they had all lifted. When I went back they acted mad and made me wait without speaking to me. This is the absolute worst nail place I have ever been to and will NEVER go back. read more

My mom gave me a gift certificate that she got but couldn't use for a pedicure/manicure at this location. So my sister and I went today. The good news is they weren't busy, however the bad news is they only had a couple of people working on nails, so we had to wait a little for someone to start the pedicure station. I was a little concerned because there wasn't a plastic container in the wash basin and the pedicure tools were just sitting in a random caddy, so you had no idea if they were clean or not. I've been to nail salons where they make sure you know everything is clean; like a disposable plastic covering in the tub so your feet isn't touching the bottom as everyone else, and the tools are individually wrapped. The color job was not that great at all. My nails looked like something I would manage At home with a shaky hand. My toe nail polish has already chipped off. I've been to several nail places and this is by far the worst I've witnessed and will not return. read more

So. I went here one time with my little sister and it will be our last. Service was bad. Nails turned out bad. They tore mine and my sisters nails to shreds. They kept catching the sides and cuticles with the Dremel and made them hurt extremely bad. So, my two friends and I went here tonight after visiting a neighboring salon that was too busy to see us before closing. This salon was not busy and there were several people working. We all wanted SNS manicures. All other salons I've ever been to have a nail selection of colors you can choose from. Not here. All their SNS powders were on a display case where you chose your own. Now, I don't know about you, but doing this is very difficult because the powders are always different colors when on the nail. Soooooo.......we did our best to pick colors. My other friend decided to go with a gel polish instead. We were all shown to our seats and the tech started working. I had to have mine soaked off, so I knew there would be extra waiting time. What I didn't know was the entire experience would last over 3 hours for the three of us. 4 nail techs left while I was soaking......only after lounging around on the pedicure chairs watching their phones. My fiends tech watched some type of You Tube news show on their laptop while attempting to remove her nails. While all this was happening, one of the owners got a call on her cellphone and placed the call on speaker as she yelled angrily back and forth with the caller for over 30 minutes. Her husband, the other owner got in on the conversation and also yelled at the caller. My friends and I were halfway done with our services and just sat there astounded by what was happening. We all felt extremely uncomfortable and wanted to leave but with half done nails, what could we do? The remaining three techs had us all play musical chairs as they moved each of us around to work on our nails. It was the single worst experience at a nail salon I've ever had. My friends and I finally got finished and couldn't get out of there fast enough. By the time we left, we were all nervous wrecks. I could have never imagined anything like this. It was like an episode of The Twilight Zone. To add insult to injury, none of our nails looked like we wanted. Lumpy, uneven, and crooked. And the colors were off because we did the best we could choosing colors by opening the containers and checking - which anyone who has had SNS before knows is somewhat impossible. I came here to get a full set for my wedding day. I came on 9/8/16. I did not have to wait long, but it took three different people to put on the nails and paint the nails. At the end my nails were some weird shape between square and round (not what i wanted) and they were so think and clumpy and just did not look good. Also, I showed them a picture of what I wanted and what colors I wanted and they did not do that at all. I wanted light pink (my wedding color) and one sparkly silver nail on each hand. They used to be great before they changed ownership. New owners are very rough with the manicure tools. They don't seem to understand that a they are not scrubbing potatoes and that pedicure is supposed to be a relaxing experience. Were so careless with the clippers that they made my foot bleed.
