The nail looks like a pancake. Both of my thumb nails look like pancakes they are horrible

The location was convenient to where I live. There were 3 technicians (if you could call them as such?). I walked in for manicure and pedicure. I was greeted with a stare and a quick question of what I needed. A woman tech at the first chair told me to pick a color. No explanation of how long the wait was.... I was pointed to a pedicure station with a badly worn massage chair. Shortly later, a woman named Kim put some lukewarm water in the tub. Mostly pointing and grunts as instructions on what I should do. I got the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever expected for $45. The nail cuttings were uneven. I ended up with different length nails. The cuticle clippings were rough and pinched and brief. I will not go back to this place. read more

Just left after paying $67 for a gel pedicure on Saturday, June 4th of 2022. Worst pedicure I've ever had. My toes were in better shape sans gel polish. Ridiculous that I have only walked out to my car and they look so dry and did no exfoliate very well at all. I mean I think most places put some kind of oil if toes are dry so it at least looks good until the end of the day after walking open toe shoes all day. But not this place. You'll walk out the door looking like trailer trash feet with shiny gel policy. Terrible terrible job. I'm never coming back to this place. My feet didn't look this bad before the service they just extenuated any dryness or flaws. read more

we've been waiting there for two years and they wouldn't attend me, then new clients would come in and they would attend them instead.

This place charged me $20 extra for gel polish without telling me. I chose the $32 pedicure that says choice of any polish. They would not take the charge off unless I sat down and they took the gel off and put regular on. Which is was more work. On top of that they created a sore on my toe and made me bleed and then blamed it on me. Literally the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I just needed my toes done for my wedding shower. read more

Very poor service here. Staff not friendly and they did not do a good job on my pedicure. This is not a recommendation for pedicures.

I did not know that they charged $20 for mail poli in hands and toes $ I wouldn't have agreed to it. and after 10 days it's chipping off.

Absolute worst nail salon I've ever been to... we should have known because there wasn't anyone in there. I got a gel manicure and pedicure and it was $85!!! Asked for gel polish and gel polish only. Worst ever, on 10 nails not a single one was the same length or smoothed with over paint on almost every cuticle. They do not honor appointment times, made 2 appointments for different services for 2 people, one person waited 35 minutes past appt time. The other waited an hour. When I questioned (as they started someone who came in after) they said 10 more minutes and proceeded to likely trash talk us in their language. That's fine, there's other nail salons. read more

Worst experience ever. If I could give no stars I would. I went in to have a manicure and SNS. My manicure wasn't done practically at all, actually you couldn't tell anything was done to them at all. I asked for short and square nails. My nails were uneven, non squared and all over the place. My SNS was splotchy and gaudy. Horrible, horrible, horrible. read more

This was probably my least relaxing pedicure as the women who worked at the salon talked the entire time. I don't mean a few that weren't currently working were having a conversation in the corner... No, the woman who was supposed to be attending to me was talking to everyone in the salon all across the salon. She never once spoke to me as I fear this would have interrupted social hour. She also stopped several times to gesture. The water was cold... the massage was weak and the decor is more clinical than relaxing. Terrible customer service. Will NOT be back. I went in wanting gold glitter sns tips. I told them this twice. I got a French pedicure and the first round of paint she completely screwed up my pinky toe. Thankfully those turned out okay after asking them two times to fix them. 2nd, I told the man I wanted glitter tips and he said he couldn't do it. I said I wanted extensions put on my nails so he agreed to do it that way. The lady came over when he pulled out the glitter and all I understood her say was "French" and she pointed at my feet. He started with the powders and I thought he was just laying the base. I picked up the cup of glitter sns and he said "did you want glitter" I said yes, I told you both multiple times that that's what I wanted. He huffed his breath and said "I'll have to take all these off and start over! She said you wanted French like your toes." At this point I had been in there for almost 2 hours so I was impatient and told him to just finish this , it was whatever. So I thought, let me just ask if he could just take some clear glitter polish and do the tips, he put his fist to his forehead and said "do you want me to restart or not?" I got really anxious and told him to just please finish what he was doing so that I could leave. As I was getting up, another man ran up to me and said "you pay up here", umm I know. I was going to use the bathroom while I was at the back of the salon first. I asked him where it was and he said "I take card while you use the bathroom and you sign when you come out." I was like um okay? Like he thought I would make an escape out of the back or something. As soon as I got outside I realized how bad my nails looked. Glue was all on my finger tips and under my nails. I called in and complained and he told me to come back in he'll give me back $45 out of the $80 I spent total. I walk back in and he and the other man that did my nails walked up to me and he said please explain the problem. I nicely told him that they look awful, there's glue all under my nails and around my cuticles, there's bubbles under the polish, I didn't want French, etc..so all he asked was "what do you want to do?!" I said I had already been in there for 3 hours and wasn't going to restart the whole process and he had said to come back in and he'll give half the money back. Didn't happen. They both kept asking what was wrong and I showed them and they said that that's just how the powder and glue is. I got fed up and irritated and just walked out. Will NEVER be back at this place. I would give this salon NO stars if it was an option offered! I had a 3:00 apt. with Kevin to get my SNS nails redone. I arrived at the salon, picked my color and was seated. A young man got the soak bowl to start the process of taking off the old ones. Skip forward almost 1 hour later. I'm still waiting with the bowl!!! Where is Kevin you ask!!! He's working on someone that came in after me! I washed my hands and walked out!!! I will NOT be back!!! read more

Worst place to get nails done. I was supposed to have got sns which is normally smooth and shiny this however was absolutely not. It looks absolutely awful. Has many bumps and not even painted the whole nail. I asked someone to fix it and they just painted over what I already had. Absolutely not work the money. read more
