I've been going to this nail salon for the past 2 years and have had positive experiences every time. The nails techs have been polite and accommodating. The only downside to this nail salon is that there seems to be no point in booking an appointment. In the 2 times I've scheduled ahead, I get seated at the same time as if I walked in. My appointment yesterday was at 11am and I wasn't seated until around 11:45am despite having a scheduled time. Still my favorite nail salon in Meadville because of how well they do my nails. read more

I have gone here many times to get full sets but today i just got gel. While the guy (i didn't get his name) doing my nails was doing my nails, he cut my cuticles, which was fine but he cut way to far down (he did this on two fingers). My finger started bleeding and he didn't acknowledge that he had hurt me. I understand that around the holiday season they are busy with trying to fit everybody in but at the same time you think he would at least say sorry. read more

This nail place cut my fingers and left my acrylics uneven. The nail tech refused to do French tips on me because he did not want to. He was rushing too much just to get me out of there, he did not take his time. When I told him he hurt me he simply replied with "beauty is pain". Beauty is not bleeding fingers. I do not recommend coming to this nail place. read more

I never am the type to do reviews. Especially bad ones. I REPEAT. DO. NOT. GO. TO. THIS. PLACE. Let me tell you how my nail appointment went. I never went to this mail salon before it was just a quick thing with one of my friends last minute before prom. A woman that works there did my nails and I asked her for a full set acrylic. She began doing my nails and everything was fine and she kept asking me if I like them. Then while drilling my nails she nicked my cuticle and made me bleed on my thumb AND on my middle finger on my right hand!!! she said "sorry" AND KEPT GOING. I WAS IN SHOCK. she then took the buffer and used it on on my nails!!!!! I'm definitely getting a lawyer about this because that is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. They shouldn't even be in business. FOUL. read more

I will never go there again. My mother and I both got a nail infection from there. We used to go there all the time. I'm not happy about it at all. I get my nails done all the time and never had this issue until now and they are the ones that put this set on that I now have to take off. Very disappointed and I paid 60.00 bucks to get them put on. read more

This is the worst place I have ever been too. I have only been there twice and will not be going back. They don't put liners in the foot soaker, which every other salon I have been to does especially after the whole Covid thing. I got dip on my nails and after a week, they started chipping and my finger nails were breaking. I went to get them fixed which they did, but charged me $20.00 to fix their mistake. It's now a week later and my nails have all chipped once again. I have been getting dip manicures for many years and this has never happened before at any other salon. read more

On 9/20/18 I had an appt. to see Sarah, showed up little before my appt to be told she was not there today. They still saw me 20 mins after my appt time. I wanted a pedicure and a fill, the pedicure was fast and only 5 mins were spent on the massage part. They needed to take my nail polish off my fingers so feet wet they told me to go over to the table to take off polish. Then back in the foot tub. I decided to get my acrylic nails taken off @ this time, when the guy was filing the acrylic off(mind you still leaving some on) he finished. I asked can you please paint them the color of my toes. He replied to busy, I replied ok ill do them when I get home. As I washed my hands and to get ready to pay he replies, no no I can paint you just want regular. I said nope your to busy and paid my bill. Told him to please inform Sarah and Michael that I will no longer be coming in. Which is sad since I have followed Michael since Pro Nails. Other ppl coming into Queen nails they replied , no fill, no set today. Only medi's and pedi's today. Once I got into my car, I noticed that the acrylic was peeling away from my real nails and they looked the worsted they have ever looked. Extremely unsatisfied with Queen Nails in Meadville. In the past I have been satisfied with the services there but yesterday took all that away. Costumer service was not their strong suit and I do believe Michael and Sarah would be upset if they new how their clients were being treated yesterday. read more

I never write reviews but the customer service here is so bad that I feel the need to write one. This place is dirty and the people are unbelievably rude. I asked for help three times on a color. I've never had dip and didn't understand the process. They were not willing to help and were so rude that I left without finishing the service. read more

Most disgusting nail salon I have ever been to. I don't review often (or really at all) but I felt the need to let others know when a salon brings out cuticle clippers with PAST CUSTOMERS CUTICLE SKIN STILL ON THE CLIPPERS. I tried my best not to gag and prayed I wouldn't end up with an infection. The service was fine and the quality of work was sub par but I don't think anyone can get over the hygiene issues dirty cuticle clippers present, so very not worth the infection. read more

SO VERY DISAPPOINTED, I have been going to Queen Nails in meadville for the last two months, but this time along with two times before my last ones were/are uneven on the top, the color is faded and i'm able to see the clear nail because she didn't double coat, so its basically like runny color and the very tip is clear, and its bumpy on the top of my nail, lumpy like nail polish or GEL and the color I had on before is specked in the clear part of my nail. I normally just do tips of my nails, and the tips are not even 2mm, barely even a tip and neither hand matches the other hand. She rushed my fill it took Sarah less then a half hour to do my fill which normallly takes an hour or so and they came out worse then ever. The time before that the older woamn had done them and they were no where near my cuticle, the tips were crooked, i asked for a snow flake design and it was messy amd looked terrible, she was very mad about removing it and then tried to charge me for it, when i texted them and said i was disappointed and that they already looked grown out and completely gross after 4 days, she got me in and Sarah did an awesome job that time because I was so upset and complained, i felt like i mattered and that they respected my money and time until i went 02/13/2021 and that was a mistake and the first bit of this tells you why‍ read more

I've been to my fair share of nail salons, as I get a pedicure every month from May through September and this is by far the best place that I've gotten one. I moved into the area after living in four other cities in different places across Pennsylvania and the pedicure I just got was so detailed, relaxing, and the staff was top notch. I moved to the area a few weeks ago and was looking for a nail salon by using Yelp and just didn't like the results I was getting. I drove past the strip mall that Queen is in and had to swing in to get their phone number as they weren't on the Yelp results I had seen. I called to see if they take walk-ins or if they prefer appointments and they urged me that it didn't matter and that they do both. I made an appointment to be safe and as soon as I walked in they took me back for a pedicure. The staff was so friendly, shop so clean, and as I said before, the pedicure was the best. They offer different kinds of pedicures at different price points and the price I paid for a Deluxe was beyond reasonable. I can't speak for manicures because I didn't get one but they were busy servicing multiple clients while I was there. Please give them a try! You will NOT be disappointed. I'm looking forward to my next pedicure already and I just left their salon. I will not be taking my business anywhere else. I found my local salon. read more
