Instead of making the situation right, they refused to take responsibility and wanted to charge me again. Not only did I pay for a repair that didn't last even a few seconds, but the chain was returned to me in worse condition than when I first brought it in. I feel like I paid for a service that was never actually provided. This experience was incredibly disappointing, and because of it, I would never recommend this shop to anyone.

I went in and was met by Cristal. I explained I had a PPT, and she stated she would process it, but that they normally did them via appointment. Only certain people can do them, and if they are on a day off they can't be done. Makes sense. She was able to assist my family member in taking the FSC test again, as their card had expired. After passing the test, Cristal processed the transaction in a timely fashion and we were outta there. My family member now has to wait the 10 days before they can go pick up the item.
