No matter how many times we reached out to Brian (and it was a lot haha)- we always got the same great energy and personable responses. He definitely made us a feel like a priority! My agent recommended Paul Vassallo at Nickel City Funding and I'm so grateful she did! Paul with his team (Gamila Abdulamalik) were very knowledgable and professional. They kept me informed at every step of the process. Paul even got an approval and then a few days later went with a different lender because of better terms and rates. When you are closing on your dream home you need people on your team to close the deal at the best rates. You will be stressed enough in buying a house, but having highly skilled and knowledgeable people on your team helps a lot. Thank You Paul and Gamilia and the rest of the team!

Jimmy and his wife Julie led us through the home buying and home selling process in a way that actually made it enjoyable! Jimmy and Julie took a personal interest in making sure that we selected a house that was perfect for us and our soon-to-be-born daughter. Jimmy listed our old home on a Friday, and by the following Monday, we had 2 offers! The price we received for our house was more than fair to both parties, and Jimmy even helped us fix some of the minor imperfections that the buyer asked that we fix! Talk about taking the responsibility of being our real estate agent to the next level...wow! In closing on the sale and purchase of our homes, Jimmy was instrumental in helping us make sure that everything was handled promptly AND correctly by our lawyers and mortgage company. And when it came time to move, Jimmy showed up at our old house with his own small trailer to help us move our outdoor furniture! He practically pulled people off the street, and got them pre-approved to make offers on our house. Most other agents just list your house and let other agents sell it, not this guy. After a week on the market, we had a bidding war and sold our house for 20k over asking. I know this is not typical, but it's very possible with Jerry. When it comes to buying a house, once again, there is no one who will work harder for you. We ended up paying what our initial offer was going to be! No one knows East Aurora better. Jerry knows practically everyone in EA so he often gets the heads up before houses hit the market. He will even call FSBOs for you! When it comes to communication, he will not leave you hanging. He checks in even when there's nothing going on just to touch base. He kept us well informed through the entire process of buying and selling. He really is on top of things. He even caught something in our pre-approval that would have caused a lot of problems and paperwork down the road. Jerry isn't pushy with his clients, he wants to sell you a house you will be happy with so he doesn't try to push you into buying something just to make a sale. Aside from all this, he's friendly, courteous and funny! What more can I say, you would be a fool not to use Jerry! Anyone else is a step down.
