Beware Do not trust this establishment. I have been here many times, but tonight will be the last. The nail tech providing services got into an argument with the male technician on staff and afterwards was being aggressive while "cleaning my cuticles." I noticed nail tech cut 2 fingers on my right hand and therefore I was watching closely while they continued to cut another finger on my left hand. Nail tech then cut my left ring finger deeply which caused blood to run down my finger nail. I quickly asked the individual to stop. They said they would put some green liquid on it, and "finish." I again repeated no, that I wanted to pay and leave. They asked another nail tech to come by and translate. I explained to the individual translating that after the nail tech got into an argument she was being aggressive with the clippers and cut me 4 times. The male technician, who appears to be in charge, attempted to tell me they were not arguing and asked if I wanted someone else to finish. I told him no, I wanted to pay and leave. I paid for my pedicure and left. Male technician followed me out of the establishment and tried to explain to me "she was cleaning it really good." I continued to leave, male technician proceeded to offer me gift cards and coupons in the parking lot, I refused and left. When I got home, I cleaned the open wounds with hydrogen peroxide. Cuts continued to bleed for 30 minutes. See pictures for reference. Nail technician needs to practice self-control, and if they weren't in the right mind set to continue then they should have left for the night. Very unprofessional and dangerous establishment. Nail techs do a great job with powder and they last for up to 4 weeks. Always able to get an appointment, even if it's last minute.

Ive been going there since they opened in 2017. I go 2 times a month year round, Pedicure & Gel Manicure. I always make an appointment a week out, I have the same Nail Tech do my nails, which I'm now on my 6th in 7 years. In that time frame it takes months to teach them what you exactly like and how to do it your way, and them once you are good with them, they are gone. I feel like they are not trained enough to go slow and focus on you, they are always rushing to get you out the door and to the next person waiting,. BIGGEST COMPLAINT: they have not cleaned or updated this place since it opened. There is so much dust every where, the walls are so scratched up, the stations themselves are filthy. I like the girl who does my nails, but I think I will be moving on. read more

The lotion they put in those bottles stink so bad. So the last couple times I went, I paid extra for cucumber mint lotion. But when she went to massage my legs, she used the stuff that stinks. I asked her not to use it, I wanted the cucumber, she walked over got another bottle of the smelly stuff and tried to tell me it was the cucumber, like it couldn't smell it. Came in asking to get my acrylics soaked off and a new set put on. The girl refused to soak them off and instead ripped them off damaging my nails and causing a lot of pain. Then any time I had an issue with the nails and expressed it I was ignored and told to just wait to see the end result that it'll look good once it was done. Beware is all Im gonna say. Just left queen Bee 1264 Rouye 33 Hamilton NJ had a manicure pedicure with no polish and the whole time spent with me was 36 minutes. My cuticles were only barely push back and barley trimmed cause they were hardly push back. I had to ask the parifin wax on my heals ​and the vitamin E on my hands. If it was my first time coming this would of not even of been done even though it's what you pay for. On top of it all I had my nail cut with a rusty nail clipper. When I asked for a refund from manager didn't want to have this conversation infront of the worker I was told absolutely not. This was my 3rd time coming here. I will not be returning. I am blown away with spending $43.00 for 36 mins for a mini pedi with no polish my choice of course and nails cut with a very RUSTY nail clipper. Before I left tried to get a picture of the nail clipper but of course no one knew where the clipper was it was taken from the station which was the last one before the pedicure station begins. I've been going to this location for pedicures. Most recently I went and purchased the highest level pedicure. The actual time there was very nice. Sadly, the nail polish never dried. 5 hours later, it was sticky/gooey. I ended up having to remove it. I think they need to find a way to keep track of the age of their polishes and toss old ones so this doesn't continue to happen. read more

Went today and left with my nails all different shapes and sizes,3-4 of my fingers cut up and bleeding, and still had to pay full price and an extra $2 for a nail the lady broke while doing my nails. I I saw the reviews and thought how bad could it be ... the only thing positive was that they took me right away and didn't make me wait. I paid $58 for a regular pedicure and gel manicure. Before I even left I had tons of gel stuck underneath my nails and it was all Jagged on the edges. I had to go back and file the edges myself. And how do you mess up a pedicure? I got this done yesterday at 5 pm and look at my Toes it looks worse than if I painted them myself. He said $5 for gel which I know isn't true, they normally charge me $15 for gel and another $5 he claims for length?? Heard a lot of good stuff about this place and decided to try it out on August 19. Got filed and color for my hands at 6 30 pm. The color chipped badly in less than 8 hrs so I went back to get it fixed and the same thing happened in less that 5 hrs again. I know regular color doesn't lasts as long as the gel but I've gotten this done from other salons and this has never happened before. Very disappointed and decided not to go back again to get it fixed. They did fix the colour for free but it's was a waste of 2 hrs for me. Very disappointed not going back again. read more

I will never go to Queen Bee again. My friend and I had appointments for pedicures at 12:30. We arrived at 12:15, picked our colors and waited to be taken back. They took my friend and put her in a spot where we could not sit together. They told me the woman next to her was almost done and I could sit there. I sat after about 15 min. Then I sat in the chair for my friend's entire pedicure. No one ever came over to me and I watched them sit and start working on 3 women after me. Typically I walk in, but from what I can tell, they NEVER honor appointments. The service is terrible and I won't be going there, nor will I refer anyone there again. Well I will say this is my first time here but I will not go back any other salon around when you do an acrylic fill included the gel polish. it was never mentioned that they charge $38 fill, $15 polish then $10 for something else I have no idea of. They are very nice and did a wonderful job with my pedicure but that gives them 2 stars. I took off 3 stars because my gel manicure on my acrylic set did not even last a week. I get gel manicures ALL the time from other salons and never had the polish chip and peel off. I went back and got it fixed but not even a couple days later the same exact nail peeled off. read more

I finally found a salon in this area I love! The facility is immaculate, as are their practices. They use disposable liners in their pedicure baths, single use files and sealed/sanitized instruments. The color selection is pretty good. It looks like they plan to expand it as well. I'm from NYC; we're picky and spoiled with choices. Queen Bee exceeds my high expectations. Helena helped me today. She did an awesome job with my French mani/pedi. She was very detailed and thorough. Each line on my French is nearly identical. I'll be back for sure! read more

I went to Queen bee for about 6 months. when I started going I loved Jenny but as time went on she would continuously give an attitude and make comments about the tips I was giving her. Because I liked her work I started tipping more but she still remained disrespectful and unappreciative toward myself. Two weeks later I now have 3 chipped nails. I think they are cutting corners on the quality of their products here. I've been to Queen Bee twice and had the same experience each time. I was there for a simple mani/pedi. Both times I was treated differently than the other more caucasian customers. The nail techs required I pay before she polished my fingernails. While I dried my nails, I noticed several other customers received full complete service and then were allowed to pay for full services rendered. In addition, they were offered a complimentary neck massage while they dried their nails - I was not offered the same services. They tell you a 20 min wait and an hour later you are sitting in the chair still waiting. They don't know how to manage appointments and walk ins. If you can't handle the amount of people don't make them wait, I'd rather be turned away then waste an hour sitting here. They do honor the appointments and take you before the walk in people waiting if you have one! They have a lot of (talented) workers, so you don't wait long before you are taken care of! My nails always come out bomb. I get the dip powder manicure and I am obsessed. They have a TON of colors and you can mix and match. Great pedicure. Came when it was busy and still didn't wait too long. When seated you are presented with a menu of different pedicure options. I picked the Cucumber mint. They soak your feet and rub cucumber mint cream and wrap your legs to let the moisture soaked in. Also comes with a 10-minute leg massage. Nails came out very nice. Staff is friendly. The place is very clean. and a lot of different options for manicures and pedicures. They even give you a neck and back massage when your pedicure is drying. I was shocked. She then said they would give me $5 and asked me if i did something for them to turn like this.
