However back in those days it was more of a shop and never seemed to be open so I dismissed it. That was until I saw a mate of mine review it on Yelp! I knew I had to go ASAP! When faced with good and bad news it's always best to start with the bad and finish off on a high. So here goes: Bad news: * Step away from the Chai Latte unless what you expect is a very mildly spiced mug of hot sweet milk! Nasty stuff! It may have just been that on day that it was particularly dreadful but it has scarred me for life and I don't have the courage to re-order it there. What scared me even more is that we asked for the tea to be extra strong so if that was the strong stuff I don't want to imagine would it would be like normally. Arghh! * The girl who has always served me has been nice enough but not particularly energetic nor swift. Good news: * Probably one of the best Red Velvet Cakes I've ever had in Valencia; moist and most importantly not too sweet. * A selection of large cookies for just 1€; bargain! * An interesting choice of milkshakes, which I have yet to try but am looking forward to in the near future.

It is not sophistically decorated, rather it's simple and cute. There are not many tables but with enough space to relax and chill. There are also some shelfs that sell products related to cupcakes like tools and decoration papers. This shop makes both normal cakes that you can order it by piece and cupcakes. My favorite one is red velvet. It's very moist and tasty. Its carrot cake is very good too. I just love them both! They also have a very good selection of tea. The tea is served in a nice teapot with a cup that come as a set. My favorite one is white tea with mango and papaya. However, my friend did mention that their chai tea is not very good (too light flavor). Service was friendly but a bit slow. Price was affordable. Highly recommended!
