None of these "professionals" ever disclaimed that this might be an issue but it ABSOLUTELY is. After multiple attempts to pass smog testing and failing we reached out to the shop over and over and over via phone, email, messaging etc. and met with virtually no responses. They assured us a product and then ghosted us when we ran into issues that we should have been warned about in the beginning. The meager suggestion they eventually offered was completely unsatisfactory and nothing more than a temporary bandaid that would temporarily fix the smog review but cripple my car afterwards and no solution for how to return it to its drivable capacity. They will not return your calls, they will not return your messages and they will ignore customers who have been loyal. My beautiful car is rotting in my driveway all because I purchased a tune I thought was safe and the so called "experts" assured me would be legitimate and legal but were more concerned with making money than retaining and respecting dedicated customers.

He was apparently an Automotive Teacher for many years, and sounded like a great option to have work on my vintage truck. He only offers a phone number on his website -- no texting, emails or in-person communication. I called and had a voicemail that asked me to leave all the details about my vehicle and was told he would call me back. I did so, and then waited almost 2 months for a response which I never received -- I would have taken my truck somewhere else or made other plans to have it fixed so it wouldn't be sitting around unusable all summer and fall, but he seemed like a great fit for what I wanted so I kept holding out hope he would eventually return my call. I eventually pretty much just gave up on him, assuming maybe he was having health issues or was no longer working and had just left his Yelp and website active. I decided to make one more phone call and out of the blue someone picked up the phone. They didn't seem very happy and didn't say anything like "Blade's Mobile Repair, can I help you?" -- just sort of a grumpy "Yes?" I was like, oh hello, is this Blade's Mobile Repair -- "yes" Are you still doing work? "yes, I only work on vintage vehicles" Yes, I left a message a few months ago and never heard back?
