They willingly answered all my questions, explained the repair process (money, time frame), contacted me in a timely manner about what the problem was, how much it would cost, (which was very reasonable), how long it would take. I had my computer back inside of 24 hrs! And everything went well, and as it was described to me. They gave me instructions regarding my new hard drive, how to start up at home and set up the printer system. They provided info about their malware protection, and while I did purchase it, I NEVER felt pressured to do so. I brought in my old HP Pavilion laptop because it was running extremely slow, taking up to 30 minutes to go from start-up to actually using a program. The receptionist took my complaint and said one of the techs would look at the problem and get back to me. Shortly after that (less than 2 hours) a tech called me after running a diagnostic and gave me the results along with his opinion. He suggested the hard drive was failing due in part to its age, and suggested I replace it with a new drive, which he said would be much faster and have more capacity. He quoted me a price of $220, including transferring everything from the old drive to the new one. I quickly agreed, and the next day he had it done - the new drive installed and all the software copied and installed. The price was very reasonable and the turn-around time was exceptional.
