AWESOME! The staff is highly knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and patient. They willingly answered all my questions, explained the repair process (money, time frame), contacted me in a timely manner about what the problem was, how much it would cost, (which was very reasonable), how long it would take. I had my computer back inside of 24 hrs! And everything went well, and as it was described to me. They gave me instructions regarding my new hard drive, how to start up at home and set up the printer system. They provided info about their malware protection, and while I did purchase it, I NEVER felt pressured to do so. I got to meet the tech face-to-face, per my request, to personally thank him for his work. Throughout all of this, they repeatedly reassured me that they will always be available to help me with any computer problems. I feel like I have my own expert team. Thank you Dee and Jack for your help, and thank you, Nathan, for building a highly professional, competent, and expert team. read more

I brought in my old HP Pavilion laptop because it was running extremely slow, taking up to 30 minutes to go from start-up to actually using a program. The receptionist took my complaint and said one of the techs would look at the problem and get back to me. Shortly after that (less than 2 hours) a tech called me after running a diagnostic and gave me the results along with his opinion. He suggested the hard drive was failing due in part to its age, and suggested I replace it with a new drive, which he said would be much faster and have more capacity. He quoted me a price of $220, including transferring everything from the old drive to the new one. I quickly agreed, and the next day he had it done - the new drive installed and all the software copied and installed. The price was very reasonable and the turn-around time was exceptional. I am glad I discovered Quantum and will use them for all my computer needs. read more

It is important to trust the folks that fix computers. We happen to have business laptops and towers that need repairing and updating every so often and when we do we don't look anywhere but to Quantum PC. Even for simple tasks like cleaning up pop-ups, making sure the hard drive is sound, figuring out why our printers won't connect to the computer or the internet. They figure it out. They fix it. And they do a bang up job. You can go somewhere else but you don't need to. Quatum PC has your back. They want you surfing ALL the waves in the interweb....or in Malibu if that's where you surf...but we up here on the Peninsula are surfing the interweb....and they make sure that the SURF is ALWAYS UP here at Ephraim Village Cottages! read more

Needed to have my computer "healed" from a scam attack. Nathan and the staff were very courteous and helpful. Their attention to my neophyte questions and needs were well beyond my expectations. Their security package of services is worth the peace of mind given the increase in hacking today. I can't say enough at how good Quantum PC is as a Door County resource for computer issues. If you desire more info on how I was helped, please feel free to contact me at (920) 743-2521. read more

Excellent service! As a small business owner, downtime is devastating. I ordered a new computer build but don't want to spend days re-setting up years worth of files, data, configurations and dozens of software packages. Between Erin, Benjamin, Matt & Journey, the computer was built and set up seamlessly with a bare minimum of downtime for me. Data transferred overnight, Delivered & set up next morning ... I was back in business with minimal downtime! read more

We have purchased 2 computers and other items from Quantum. Their service is spectacular! Example? My partner is disabled and dropped her Acer computer and broke the hinge. It was fixed in 1 day as I had to return to Milwaukee. Oh, and have I mentioned they make house calls? If you are in Door County and have a computer problem--don't go anyplace else except Quantum. This is one exceptional business. PS: They actually make house calls!! read more

These guys (and gals) really know their business and go the distance for customer service. They took in my laptop, did what I asked and then said it was done at NO Charge because they couldn't fix the problem as the program was out of date. I gave them a donation to the "coffee fund" anyway. I highly recommend them if you need computer service. read more
