This text to Cole Bryson, owner of GSP Security, should be self explanatory as to a review…read more "Cole, I had several issues with one of my cameras because it kept "eating" batteries. You were not very responsive to my requests for assistance, so I contacted Ring directly as you suggested. I had several conversations with Ring representatives over a couple of months. They were very helpful and patient. We spent considerable time during numerous phone calls testing each camera and the batteries installed in each. There was a good deal of charging time involved with all of eight batteries. Finally, it was concluded that the backyard camera was defective. Ring sent me a new camera and provided instructions on how to install same which I did. During one of my many conversations with Ring, it was pointed out to me that I had received mid level security cameras. (You indicated that I would receive the top cameras available.) The cost of each was $169.00. It also was made known to me that Ring works with a company that charges $99.00 to come out and look where cameras should be installed. The $99.00 covers all security cameras. When I told the Ring representative how much I paid, she was flabbergasted. She flat out told me that I had been ripped off. I believe that you should make a profit in your business, but a 284% profit is exorbitant. I paid you $2205.00, and I could have gotten all cameras and placement instructions from Ring for $775.00. Unfortunately, I believe that you took advantage of me; and I'm disappointed in you. Bob"

Recent service call for several motion sensor false alarms, the technician arrived on time and was…read morevery professional. He resolved our problem quickly. For years Priority One has operated 2 alarm systems for our Church buildings and service is always excellent.

We got Priority One to install an alarm system in the house we built in 2019. I had several…read morerequests, one was that the system be TOTALLY WIRED, NO BATTERIES... The salesman said that was not a problem. Let me explain my thinking... The alarm system we installed in 1999 had sensors with batteries and about once every month or two, one would die or run low. They were good about coming out and replacing them. Even got to know our guy, Woody, by first name... He would leave me extra batteries so that I could replace them. That's nice, but this was a vacation home and I really did not like the alarm system giving me trouble multiple times a year. Now we have a new home in Anderson... I really did not want to have 30 batteries scattered around the house in doors and windows... Until a day ago, I was under the impression that I did not have any batteries, just like I was promised... About 2AM We got a "LOWBAT Zone 13 Downstairs Den" warning... Yep, we have batteries... That ticks me off. I got instructions from Priority One on how to change the batteries. The nice lady said just go to Lowes to get a few. Guess what... They are no longer manufactured. I have seen them for sale on the web for up to $55 bucks each! These are simply long AAA diameter batteries that are 3 volts. (unfortunately they are shorter than 2 AAAs, or I would just tape two together.). I can order one from China for $2.50 plus $35 in shipping... LOL... NOT GOOD... THIS IS NOT HOW YOU MAKE CUSTOMERS HAPPY!!!
