Wild that an empty store with employees standing around wouldnt have an interest in even trying to understand their own system to help out a frustrated customer and make them walk out with product that their own company is trying to retrieve.

He also helped my husband access his store rewards to apply to our purchase, and looked up the organizer I found without a tag. Staples offers a copy and printing center too. It was nice to shop for office supplies in person instead of an online catalog.
