I must say, I was disappointed :( Not sure if it's because the restaurant was now All You Can Eat and that's why the beef quality was meh. Just by the look of the restaurant and the menu, I was hoping close to Gyu Kaku quality but it's far from it. The marinaded meat were okay but the ones without seasoning, you can tell they are not good cuts. Even the ribeye was chewy. Was really hoping the meat would be better than the chain Asian bbq restaurants in the area. Still, it's a very pretty restaurant with detailed Chinese declarations and seatings. Would be good for a group of friends to hang out and eat as much as they want if meat quality isn't a concern. Service was ok. It was a weeknight and there's really one server taking orders off the meal and drinks. He was very busy while the other servicers do not really interact with customers but to take paper orders or clean up. For this far on Long Island, I guess that's all you can get. Can't compare with queens or the city even though it's more pricey here.

Great sizes and fills you up. No complaints. Was nervous to try this place due to old reviews but I was pleasantly surprised.

This place is located inside the Smith Haven Mall so there's plenty of free parking, just make sure you park by the mall entrance where the food court is. Otherwise you'd be walking through the mall just to get to the food court. They had a good selection of food/drinks and I ended up ordering a Peach Fuji Apple Homemade Fruit Tea and the Grilled Shrimp 5 Course Bento Box. The bento box didn't look like it had much food: 8 small grilled shrimp, a few pieces of fried chicken, white rice, salad and a miso soup. However, despite not looking like much, I was pleasantly full and satisfied at the end! The shrimp was very flavorful as was the fried chicken. The sauce that came with the bento box was good though I'm not sure what it was exactly. The drink was really good too, with a few slices of actual fruit and the liquid had a fizzy taste to it. It was very refreshing! Once you place your order, you get a buzzer and once that goes off, you return it for your food/drink. I would definitely return to order the same thing again or to try other menu items!
