DO NOT USE. Unreliable and unprofessional Like many of the other recent reviews. This group did not return any calls for the 3 months after purchasing through Groupon. When they finally returned my calls after they were contacted by Groupon directly, I was told they were sick and were just getting back to work after all that time. After scheduling the appointment, they called me at 4:00 PM the day of the appointment to let me know their "First appointment" took too long and needed to rescheduled. They called me back that evening and attempted to rebook me over 1 mount out and I asked if there was any sooner opening (got something 3 weeks later...) They were supposed to arrive this morning at 8:00 and just got a call at 11:30 with another excuse and asked if I would still work with them... I cancelled the service after seeing all of these yelp reviews and realizing this wasn't work the effort. read more

10/28/2025 I purchased a group on for this company for air duct cleaning. When the technician showed up we verified TOGETHER that my air and heat were working. After he was done working, the Heat unit would not turn on. I called my HVAC company to come take a look and the technician agreed for me to only pay half until we figured out what happened with the unit. The owner then called me, told me he didn't care what the technician said (who by the way is his son) and he SCREAMED, CUSSED and THREATENED me over the phone telling me he was going to come to my house etc etc. I was home alone and scared, I had to call the police and family members to come over because I did not know what this guy was going to do when he showed up. After all this he agreed to give me 125$ off (the cost to fix the unit) and then took my credit card. Later that night I checked my credit card and he did not take the discount off. After everything he put me through he should have comped the whole thing. This company should not be allowed to conduct business period. read more

DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY". After having to reschedule 3 times in the span of almost 2 weeks due to various reasons claimed by the company, and burning 9 hours of my own PTO, Thomas Goddard (Tom) finally showed up to my house. He arrived at my house at noon, 2 hours earlier than what was scheduled, which is shown on my motion camera. Prior to him showing, I called him twice over the previous 2 days to confirm the time and had to leave voicemails each time. He then proceeded to sit in my driveway for the next 2 hours, also recorded by my security camera. Once I was home at 2:10pm, Tom began to look under the house into the crawlspace and claimed he couldn't perform the job due to it being "too muddy", not having the proper clothing (Tyvek suits), and not wanting to track mud into my home. Despite me assuring him that that didn't bother me. What is not understood is why access to the crawlspace was not communicated prior, nor why he sat in my driveway for two hours prior to the scheduled time without returning my multiple phone calls and voicemails. Seems to me he had plenty of time to prepare and plan for this job but simply decided not to. He also stated he had actually listened to my voicemails, not acknowledging that he could not return them. After refusing the job, he then tried to reschedule for a 3rd time on the weekend, after he also stated he doesn't like to work weekends. After we penciled in for a Saturday, he proceeded to upsell me their additional services that were outside of the Groupon promo to complete the air duct cleaning on my entire home. After all this I called the company number listed which went straight to Tom. I told him that I intended to go with another company and asked how to go about a refund for the deposit I already paid. The call was then disconnected so I called back immediately, giving Tom the benefit of the doubt for hanging up on me. He answered once again, and after being asked about how to get a refund he stated "Go through Groupon" and hung up immediately again. read more

I originally bought an air duct cleaning service worth $399.90 for $63 from Quality Air Solutions - supposedly a great value. I must admit that the cleaning service itself was accomplished. However, when all was said and done, with the additional vents and returns, the bill was over $600. I didn't realize until after he left that I was charged $90 for the "advertised special." Thing is; I had already paid $76.95 to Groupon for this months earlier. He even charged over $89 for 3 "Access panels (to gain entry into system." One might assume that gaining access to the system in order to do the cleaning would be a part of the cleaning process. In all fairness, I did authorize $259 of the bill for additional services. But the worst of all occurred after he left. The first time that I turned on the AC after his departure, resulted in flooding in my basement. I tried for over a week to get hold of the owner, both through the company phone number and the company email but with no return response. Finally I was able to track down the owner's private cell number and told him about the flooded basement. I gave him the opportunity to come and repair the problem but he claimed the issue was not his fault. This forced me to call in another HVAC guy to come and fix the problem at a cost of $150. According to this professional, Quality Air had failed to blow out the water line leading from the unit to the drain. That failure caused water to build up in the unit and leak out on the floor. I texted a picture of the material which was cleaned out of the line to the owner in order to show him what he had failed to clean but my attempt to contact him was ignored. read more

Purchased Groupon for Duct Cleaning. This company did not answer their business line once in 14 attempts. I left 14 voice message on a line that answered with Quality Air Solutions over an 8 week time period. I filed complaint with Groupon and then the company emailed they were having office staff issues. Groupon has expired at this time and zero service was rendered. There was never an offer via email to schedule service and no phone calls received to schedule the service. read more

I bought a deal on Groupon for air duct cleaning of 12 vents, 1 main line, and 1 return with inspection. I booked this appt in March. They were finally able to come out in June. They called me to remind me of the appt the day before. I had a 1-4pm window. The lady called me at 12:30 saying he would not be there at 1pm. The next call I received was at 4:46pm letting me know he was coming out. The employee was here for 10 minutes (arrived 5:23pm). He let me know there was asbestos tape on the vents and could not service the vent. While he was knowledgeable it is extremely frustrating that this was not in the fine print I have printed and attached. It appears to now be in the digital fine print. I was able to be refunded by Groupon but overall a poor experience and a waste of time waiting all day. read more

Found this company on a coupon site - turned out to be the best decision we made. They were super nice on the phone, got us in the first available appointment (they book up months in advance so don't wait to call them) and Cody was in my driveway at 8am on the nose! He came in, we did a quick walk through to point out where everything was and he got straight to work. After the first portion of the duct cleaning was nearly done he provided an estimate with additional suggestions. We had the returns done as well (and they turned out to be the worst with buildup). He finished up, put everything back in place and was on his way. Averages about 3-4 hours depending on what all you have done. We are very pleased with the service, the explanation and photos (before and after) shown to us. We would not hesitate to have them back in a few years for another cleaning. If you have never thought about doing this, you should! Amazing what is blowing around in the dust in your home that you are breathing in from allergens to pet dander. read more

I found out my ducts, furnace, and dryer vent were not cleaned before, and needed it badly. Now everything is sparkling like new, on the inside, where it's most important.
