It's been over a month since this company did my tint job on my vehicle and I must admit after…read morecarefully reviewing the tint job it does not look like the very dark tint that I paid/ asked for. But my real concern is that the guy that came out to do the tint job stated that my "Warranty/Documents" will be mailed out to me. Well, I said wow ok so after a week or so passed I realized No Warranty/Documents yet in the mail now mind you that I live less than 15mins away from the business location which is located in Daytona Beach Florida. So I called in requesting info regarding my warranty documents and this very unprofessional sounding voice of a girl with a heavy accent answer the phone chewing in my ear and was not able to answer my ?s regarding my documents. She stated that she will need to see what the manager would like to do WOW REALLY? Here it is a new month April and my tint job was done back in March and still no warranty documents. I received a TXT message yes that's correct "A TXT MESSAGE" from the unprofessional girl with the chewing accent with a picture attached showing that my warranty came back to them because whoever filled out the envelope from the office DID NOT HAVE MY INFO CORRECT ON THE Envelope.. First and foremost when I noticed the picture of the envelope in her txt I could Not believe that someone would actually fill out an envelope that looked the way that 1 looked in the text she sent to me. it was very unprofessional my last name was missing not to mention my address was incorrect. She also stated in the text that they will be getting my documents back out to me and here it is a brand new week and NO WARRANTY/DOCUMENTS

They are…read moreknowledgeable about their job, they are conscientious about their work and making sure we were satisfied. Lucas on the other hand could definitely take a class in people skills. I originally called to schedule an estimate, David the tech came and did the measure to replace a double pane picture window. He provided the estimate in an email, when I called to accept the estimate Lucas did not schedule an appointment to do the install and did not mention if they would call me back or what. A week later I called back and they helped me schedule the install. On the day of the scheduled appointment I re-arranged my work day to be available when the service people were to be here. I got a text telling me David would be arriving in 30 minutes. When he arrived he did not have the window because Lucas scheduled the appointment as a estimate not an install. I then had to re-schedule the install for the next week which meant another day of re-arranging my work schedule. Lucas refused to discount the total cost and told me if I didn't like it he would refund the 50% down and I could go to another company, which there are not any other companies that I am aware of that do this type or window pane replacement. When I found Glass Doctors on the internet, the Daytona Beach location had a Senior Discount up to $200.00, Lucas said that it was not good for Daytona Beach and that it was not suppose to be on their and refused to honor that discount and in his words "he would go broke in Florida if he honored a senior discount". Would I use Glass Doctors again, yes if I only needed the panes replaced versus the entire window unit. But that is because there are not other options available that I am aware of. But if I do use them again I will be going into the agreement with a new set of eyes and expectations.
