They left a 7-foot high stump, and when I asked them why, they again said that my neighbor told them to do it that way. I made them cut the stump closer to the ground, but they didn't cut it level, and they didn't clean up any of the sawdust. The foreman threatened me with physical harm and said---and I quote---"Don't f*ck with me, old man." When I spoke with the owner, he refused to do anything to ameliorate the situation, and said he never wanted his employees on my property again. I don't want them there, either. If you're smart, you'll never, ever use these people for anything related to the trees in your yard. It is difficult to imagine a more unprofessional attitude from a business owner or his employees.
