If you value an honest, factual, timely and detailed reporting you should look no further than Crazy Irish Tree Service. The name is memorable, for sure. If you're in the Smokey Mountains area you might see their truck around helping other smart customers that want to have nice grounds and protect your investment (your home). They also very promptly and accurately will give you a free quote on services you are looking for. Where I found them particularly invaluable was when looking at an investment home. Our home inspection noted some tree erosion on the hill behind the home and I had asked them to go out to look at what the cost for removal might be. I spoke with Joyce who personally went out to survey our situation. She went to the property within less than 12 hours (which is pretty important in real estate transactions) and provided a very fact driven report to me. We also spoke on the phone so she could explain the situation to me fully. I was so pleased with her straight forward, no sugar coating approach to our situation. Ultimately, we discovered from this visit, the problem was going to be ongoing and very costly. As a result, we canceled the home purchase. It's not every day that a free quote can save you tens of thousands of dollars and untold headaches. Thank you for your reliability, professionalism and caring!
