Very friendly people. They were able to take the glass for my double paned front door with a…read moredecorative insert in the middle apart (something the nationally advertised chain was supposed to be able to do, however their Knoxville presence simply stated: you need to by a new door). They were able to clean one side of the glass, and order a replacement (too badly pitted) for the other side. They then resealed the whole glass door insert. The only reason I didn't give them five stars, is partially due to my own fault. When I picked up the repaired door insert, I didn't review the work properly (I was behind schedule and in a hurry). When I got home and started to reinstall the insert into the door, I noticed what appeared to be dirt between the two pieces of sealed glass. It turned out to be a small piece of paint, that had flecked off the insert or something else (?). When I returned to the store a couple of days later, the person who repaired my door glass insert REFUSED to take the piece apart stating: I don't know if that piece of paint flecked off while it was in my shop, or if it happened as you were transporting it to your house. Now - instead of admiring the decorative glass door insert, all I see when I use that door is the little piece of paint stuck between the two panes of glass.

So I asked to purchase a tempered glass, and they would not even tell me how much a piece of tempered glass cost, they was very unprofessional and rude.
