The staff is incredible--caring, attentive, and truly dedicated to the children. I also love the app that provides live updates throughout the day, so you can stay connected with your little scholar at all times. The structured learning environment is impressive, and the uniforms make all the kids look so neat and adorable. I couldn't be happier with our experience! The Bynum's love it!!!!!!!

As it is a daycare and diapers are changed frequently, there's no unpleasant smells or that icky look or feel to the establishment. You can tell cleanliness and sanitation is taken seriously. The teachers were excited to have a new student coming to learn and play with them. I felt happy and comfortable bringing my little one here to Wise. They keep the children busy with learning and playing and you can see your child's day through updates directly from their teacher! I had a tour before enrolling and an owner stepped out onto the lot after I was parked for a few minutes and asked me if I needed help with anything and to confirm that I was a parent actually visiting the care center. I felt that this made my decision to move my little one here to Wise all the better. This is a private lot, so there should only be traffic from parents and family members actually visiting the center. I was able to see the owner and staff had a genuine concern for the safety of our children and parents that attend the center. Anyone not familiar with how terrible people can be to innocent children may not understand, but as a parent, I was extremely grateful. I too would be suspicious and wary of anyone waiting in the parking lot of a DAYCARE CENTER for a long time. Take time to visit the center for yourself and see the safety, the cleanliness, the love of the staff and happiness of the children. It's good to read reviews, but take it from a parent that actually has a child enrolled here, not a random Uber driver in the parking lot. Remember, some reviews are just posted with malicious intent from random people

DO NOT ENROLL YOUR KIDS HERE!!…read more This is a business first and foremost, it's completely about money, not caring for our children. The owner, Ms. Young has no business running a daycare. -She is not good with kids. I've walked into the school and heard her yelling at some of her young ones in a very unprofessional manner. -TWO KIDS WERE LEFT OUTSIDE AND FORGOTTEN ABOUT ON A HOT DAY! the blame was put on one of our favorite teachers who was not even working that day. -Prices are INSANE. Even after we got government assistance, we still had to dish out $360 a month for one 3/yo. We switched to lil' folks across the street where we're paying half. -Ms. Young will take advantage and close the school for every holiday, federal or not, as well as teachers birthdays, teachers calling out or more likely quitting/getting fired. You are still charged full price and you will not be able to take your kid(s) to school about 3 days a week. They closed school for 2 weeks for winter break. -The turnover rate is crazy (kids and teachers both) because she doesn't pay her teachers anywhere near what they should be getting to take care of our children. They don't get paid for all those holidays that we still pay full price for. -When a teacher was fired or quit and a new one was hired, we had no idea. We didn't know who was taking care of/teaching our kids. -Our child's clothing would often get lost. The teachers I have met here are good people. They do not deserve the low pay, mandatory unpaid vacations, and poor treatment. If you're able to find another school that can accommodate, even if it's a little farther than you want to travel for it, it would absolutely be worth it.

He sat on the bus until the very end of the day. Thank goodness for the elementary school having their stuff together in order to assist making sure he was safe. When I spoke to the director about this she blamed everyone but her staff. The staff lied about multiple things on his first day to include things they had said to me as well as what they had done in refusing to let my child off the bus. We had nothing but attitude from them afterwards. My final straw was when I showed up to drop him off one morning and they informed me they were not able to except him that day despite having openings for the day. The reason I was unable to drop him off was because I was supposed to sign him up for a list that was never provided to me. I have also, multiple times, seen children roaming the hallway, with no adult, and access to one of the exits. I'm not a new mom and I understand that mistakes happen. However, the refusal to accept blame, the subsequent lies, and inordinate amount of issues since then shows me that this place does not care about the children that attend there. If I could give less than one star I would.

The last year since it has been under new management, it has gone down hill. The owner who does not come to the facility often does not seem to care about complaints from parents and nothing is ever done to fix issues that could be hazardous to the children who attend. There are only 2 staff members currently that seem to care, the rest are on their bottoms more often than not, with their faces buried in their phones. They yell at kids from across the room rather than getting up and getting involved and talking to kids on their level. One day last summer I picked my son up and managed to sign him out on their daily log, go through the building to the play ground, get my child and completely leave the building without being seen by one staff member. (the one teacher out there was on the far side of the playground behind the slide, had her phone out and was playing music or videoing one of the kids - scary in todays world) The director can't seem to talk to a parent without it coming across confrontational. I walked in one morning in January and there were 6 kids in the school age class left unattended while the only teacher in the room walked 2 other kids to their bus. This is unexceptional even for just a second. The facility does not seem to get cleaned adequately anymore, there are always smells of feet and pee as you walk through. Broken wall fixtures they won't remove and inadequate wall hooks for backpacks. Sadly the ones who suffer are the children. They are constantly changing their rates for full day care for school age kids, goes up and down like a yoyo, as if no one knows what to charge and gets ugly with you when you stroke a check for what you paid last time and it's wrong yet again. CPS was called on an incident at the facility regarding the handling of a student in the 3's room, the excuses that came from the director and owner on the incident were horrible and a letter was never sent out letting parents know that it was being taken very serious and would be handled accordingly. No teacher was put on paid or unpaid administrative leave. ( I found this out as I know the parents of the child it involved) Long story short, take your child else where for their best interest and your sanity.

So the outcome to my 4 year old's experience, was a expulsion not even after 2 weeks of service. The school also called and notified me of my 4 year old getting sick before this, and needed to be picked up asap. Upon my arrival, I found my 4 year old alone in his classroom, lights off, no supervision whatsoever, no toys, just sitting there in solitude, without any other supervisors in sight in the hallway or elsewhere. He was sitting in a cot, staring at the doorway I just walked into, wondering how long he was going to be in the dark alone, on a cheap cot on the floor, that they charge a ridiculous rate for to "rent". I picked him up, left the room, left the premises. His classroom teacher that should've been in there with him, just proved that due to their lack of supervision and negligence, that absolutely anybody can walk in the door, down the hallways of other classrooms, grab your child, and leave the center, without ever being seen or stopped. What a warm and fuzzy feeling.
