They service the office three times/week (late at night) and it is noticeably cleaner each and every time we come in the following morning. In addition to taking out our trash and recycling and cleaning up our common areas (we cater two meals each day, so it would become really messy without them), every desk/monitor is always dusted and every corner of the office has been vacuumed. Also, when we needed to re-paint our office, Cesar was able to do a great job at a fraction of the cost of what professional painters quoted us.

Going ahead and buying our own, she did not reimburse us for the new set as she said she would. We found her to be a liar and an unprofessional. I've never considered a professional housecleaning service, but I did last week. I met with the lady and gave her my house key. The next day(today) I came back from work amazed at what she accomplished in a day. The attention to detail, and the thoroughness of her work has me convinced me to ask her to come every two weeks for regular cleaning. I would highly recommend. She seems very honest, friendly, professional and most importantly good at her job. Of the 4 quotes that I requested, she was the fastest to respond, and the most reasonably priced. Like I said, I try to be selective of who deserves a review... and A&C is one of them.

With all the projects we have going on around the house, this is a lot to manage. With four adults living in one house with two cats, I don't know how we got along without her. I know, it never got done because we all work really hard and need a clean space at home. My bathroom has been clean for six months and I will never go back to those dark times of a nasty shower and a toothpaste covered sink. Also she is a really wonderful person that deserves everyones business. Thanks Alessandra for making our home a home week after week.

I was surprised when they came for the first time to clean my house and they only had one woman to clean a 2bd/1bth house. It took her over 4 hours! Leaving myself and my son unable to come home for a long period of time. At first glance the cleaning looked fine, but then I noticed some odd things. I'd left out makeup sponges to dry on the kitchen drying rack and those were missing. A piece of my lamp in my room had broken off and the woman said nothing and didn't even attempt to fix it. I have a letter board that had clearly been knocked over and several letters are still missing that I can't find. The worst part of this all is that we have ADT security with sensors on every single window. The woman who cleaned took off every single sensor for no reason (that's not necessary to clean) and DID NOT PUT THEM BACK ON! We are still missing one from my son's bedroom, meaning our house isn't fully secure. Our system also shows it was disabled for some time when the cleaner was in the house. I would never trust this company in my house ever again! Please be careful.
