Highly highly recommend Boca impact windoors and doors!…read more We replaced all of our courtyard doors with gorgeous hurricane-proof doors and glass as well as our back door and door to the garage. The total install time was less than 2 days, and everyone was friendly, efficient, and professional. To begin with, Heath will be your consultant, measure and give you estimates, talk about color options, etc.. We went with dark bronze, which is a very rich dark brown (almost black). Heath is so great at answering questions and getting back to you promptly. He made the process very pleasant and stress free. Once the decision is made, the measurements will be double-checked by another person, and doors/windows will be ordered. They will work with HOAs and will do all the permitting and inspection scheduling. On the day of the inspection, you will have someone come early, make sure all is good, and then once the approval is done, finish all the details like capping screws etc Johnny and his son John were absolutely fantastic, so friendly, extremely thorough, and went through everything twice and more Any concern was addressed, and they literally took all the time needed to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you! Some info: - Plan ahead as it took about 3 months for everything to be custom-made, so don't expect a fast turnaround - You will have a little out of pocket cost for fixing parts that are a result of changing old doors like tile or stucco repair (like if the old door was too big and the old tiles didn't go all the way). This was made clear to us - The time frame between installation and inspection was about a month because of the county's backlog All in all, if you want a super professional and reliable quality company that you don't have to chase around for answers or follow-up with friendly and efficient staff, this is the company for you!

We were nervous about our house turning into a construction zone, but their crew went above and beyond -- they covered and protected all of our furniture, worked efficiently, and kept everything spotless. Joe, our sales guy was knowledgeable and patient. Mike, the supervisor, was fantastic, and every member of the crew clearly took pride in their work. They gave us a two-day timeline but impressively finished everything in just one day without cutting corners. The quality of the windows and doors is outstanding, and the pricing was very reasonable for the level of craftsmanship and service we received. Highly recommend Boca Impact Windows & Doors, they truly exceeded expectations. Id also like to add, both our blinds and stucco contractors noted how well the installation by Boca Impact was done.

The job is still not finished, and we are being pressured to pay about $7,000 more to complete it. They're saying the extra money is to get the installation "up to code"--but installing windows to code is what a contractor is supposed to do as part of the job, not something you spring on the customer after work has already started. There have also been workmanship issues. Some windows appear to have been measured incorrectly, multiple screens do not match the windows, and there are visible gaps in the wood/trim around the window areas. On top of that, different workers show up and each one says the previous person did something wrong, so there's no consistency or accountability. Communication has been extremely difficult--no one on site speaks English well enough to clearly explain what is incomplete, what is being corrected, or why we're being charged more.

They prepped and covered furniture and put up sheets of plastic to protect etc. They cleaned up each night and at the end of the job. Couldn't fault a thing. One thing to note, although not a negative for me, crew didn't speak much English on the second job whereas the first job was performed by all American staff. I am wondering if this is a situation where American workers are harder to find, hot, heavy work is not for the faint of heart. Would definitely recommend Reliable and will use for any future window/door installations.

Florida impact was one of 5 quotes we got for the job. They beat the next closest price by thousands of dollars. Once we signed the contract Florida Impact Windows did everything. They even pulled the permits and scheduled all inspections. When the windows were installed, the installers were very nice, polite and neat. The cleaned up after themselves every day and kept us informed as to what was done and going to be done next. When the were done, I did a final walk through with the foremen and made sure everything was done. They did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them

The estimate was the best of three compared to the other very high ones. It took a long time to get the windows, but when they finally came, the install was fast, with a minimum of mess. HOWEVER, When the City Inspector came out, he noticed that one window did NOT have the required "Permit Label". He talked to the company on the phone right then and said he would trust them to get the label to us, and asked me if I trusted them. I said yes, and he approved the job and signed his approval of the permit. Well that was about 3 months ago (Sept 2025) and I am STILL WAITING! Despite several phone calls & emails to them, they only say they are waiting to get it from the manufacturer and will mail it when it comes. I say bull! Let's see some action. Someone has let the ball drop. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO PASS INSPECTION. I will update this review if I ever get the label. UPDATE: It's now late December and NO PERMIT LABEL! I received a call from their office asking me to call Scott. Why? What is there to talk about? Just get & send the damn label. DO IT! When I sell my property this coming year, I do not want to have a problem with a buyer's Home Inspection which will probably fail that window.

They also removed and disposed of my old sliders and hurricane shutters. After getting quotes from six different referred vendors Guardian's price after negotiations was the best and their service was excellent. Sales Manager Vincent was very helpful in helping me understand the process, the timing, and the contract manager Lisa was always available Via phone or text when I needed her or had a question. They took care of all of the city and condo association approvals efficiently. She was able to fit my tight schedule for installation. The installation crew of four men led by Omar was professional and worked hard all day, and the finished product is great. They also had someone come a couple of days later to make adjustments that I requested. Spending significant money like this felt risky at first but they were reassuring the entire process. I highly recommend them.

I originally submitted an Angie inquiry for local contractors to quote a residential window replacement. I've handled multiple window projects for past homes and rental properties, so I already knew exactly what I wanted--just a straightforward estimate. Guardian, however, refused to provide a quote unless I sat through a 90-minute appointment. We all know what that's for. I told them I appreciated their time, but if they couldn't simply give me a quote, we weren't a good fit. No harm done, or so I thought. Since then, I've received 6 additional calls from Guardian. I explained to the second representative why I wasn't interested, and he launched into a generic sales pitch about efficiency and transparency. Me telling you exactly what I want and providing a quote based on that is far more effective than wasting both of our time with a 90 minute sales pitch. Anyway, I still politely asked to be removed from their call list. Yesterday, I received yet another call. When I began--again--to ask to be removed from their list, the representative didn't even let me finish before hanging up on me. Even if I had gotten a quote from this company and they happened to be the best-priced option in town, I still wouldn't use them. Their pushy, inconsiderate approach is enough for me to take my business elsewhere, even if it costs more. This level of pressure and disregard for my time is something I won't tolerate.

They took her doors off of the track, cleaned out the track, and replaced the wheels. The whole process took under an hour and the cost was $300, just as quoted. Now the door opens super easily. Sliding glass doors are their specialty and I would definitely recommend them to anyone whose slider is in need of repair!
