Well, it happened to me, so I read all the rave reviews for Home Choice Plumbing and took a chance on calling. From the first call I knew I had made the right choice. Ryan answered and was professional to a fault about asking and answering my questions and made arrangements to have someone to my home the next day between 12 and 1 pm. True to his word, Brandon arrived and quickly surveyed the situation and offered up at last 3 solutions that would remedy my plumbing problem. Choosing an option, Brandon set to work making the necessary repairs. Brandon is truly professional and did a great job, I am very pleased with him and Home Choice Plumbing. I believe any nightmares of plumbing issues are gone thanks to Home Choice Plumbing. Thanks Ryan and Brandon.

It is safe to say that they treated you well and you receive something like five star service that said you pay a 7 star price. Hey, at least the took 15 minutes beforehand to inspect all my other plumbing and try to sell me a membership perhaps I should say my hourly rate was $700. The response was immediate and so profession. Bob was very willing to accommodate my schedule and despite that I really didn't know what was wrong, he committed to coming in the short window I had available and equipped with parts he made need. (Other plumbing companies said they had to do an evaluation of what was wrong and even suggested it might take several appointments if parts were needed). Bob stayed in touch on the day of the appointment and arrived promptly on time. After an inspection of several non working faucets upstairs, bob took the time to show me what was wrong, explain fixes to my problem, and basically give me a demonstration of what the problems were. It helped me to make decisions about moving forward. After agreeing to repairs, Dylewski repaired all my issues and even inspected other areas of the house (at no charge) to make sure things were functioning properly. The work was excellent and he worked non-stop while he was there. Very professional. I highly recommend and I will absolutely use Dylewski Plumbing next time I have any issues.

The work consisted of removing, no longer used, water filtration system, reconfiguring the pipes and replacing the pump with a pump specifically for lawn sprinkler system. Additionally we asked them to replace a water faucet on the patio and install a new garbage disposal in the kitchen. I can not praise enough the dedication and work the whole team, including the owner, Harrison put into getting the job done. There were issues that made the job more difficult than anticipated but Harrison was very responsive to every concern we had. Harrison did everything in his power to see this through to the end. I think it's safe to say my wife and I are not the easiest of customers. Ultimately, the job was done to everyone's satisfaction. Technicians Dave, and I believe his name is Alberto, did the bulk of the work, and were professional in how they go about their craft. With that said, I do believe all that was required to get the job done correctly, is not part of their tasks. There was electrical work needed to be done to make the pump work properly that was out of their expertise. To be clear, I would absolutely employ NextGen for plumbing work in the future. In my opinion you will not find a more dependable and reliable company to do business with.
