Then the day he was supposed to come, our electricity went out. So we called Casey to give him a heads up. Then came back on, so another call. Lonny showed up right on time, nice and professional. We had found out where the problem lied when the electricity went out. One of the panels was cracking. Lonny put a heavy duty brace across and now works. He did suggest a new door, motor, backup battery. So I asked him for a quote. The costs to come out from Los Osos and fix our problem was $200, which I thought was reasonable. I guess a new door is in our future.
