This place is great. Relaxed and chill. The lady I had was Macy and it was like a massage from a Chinese sports therapist. Very good style, she focused on my knots and tension. I will be back and treating my wife. They open late so really suggest going! read more

The massage was ok, but she answered the phone 6 times during my 60 minute massage and also left the room twice to talk to people who came in the front door. Maybe they usually have a receptionist, but it was really unprofessional. read more

Simple but clean setup. Grace did an amazing job of focusing on my neck and shoulder that was causing me significant pain. Pressure was intense at times but necessary to work out the bad knots. I did not have an appointment, just walked in and they were able to accommodate. read more

Grace was amazing! I can't wait for my next visit. Her technique and skill is among the best I've experienced!

No bells and whistles, but an amazing, professional massage. Grace is who did my massage and she is so good! I will be back. If you are looking for a good quality massage and don't need the aromatherapy and mimosas, I highly recommend checking them out. read more

The Business keeps trying to take down my review however it is accurate and honest. If you're looking for a cheap massage this is the place to go. There is no privacy, three cubicles with a curtain and the girls would talk to each other between the rooms. My masseuse was continuously yawning and even burped in my ear several times. Also, they are required to answer the phone when they are working on you because they do not have a receptionist. So in the middle of my massage they would answer the phone, this happened three times, and even one time had to leave the room to go answer the door. They do not add additional time for when they have to do this ... not very relaxing but like I said cheap so you get what you pay for. read more

Massage was ok. They should not answer phones and stopping and leaving the room to accommodate other customers. Full body massage was not completely satisfying. This massage place will be my last option if I needed a massage. read more

This place has been my go to massage. The experience was way better in the past, things have changed. I called reserved a appointment for 3:30 . I show up and I was told they are busy and wait 15 minutes. After 30 minute delay the masseuse started the process. In a nutshell the business has gone downhill from my first experience. read more

After a hard week of working out I was plenty Sore. Macy gave me the most therapeutic massage ever, exactly what the doctor ordered. The place was clean, quiet, and it was 90 minutes of peace and relaxation. I am going to be a regular. read more

My husband and I were so happy to have found this place. I have been suffering from a pinched nerve on my left shoulder blade and a sore left hip. I was hurting so bad when I walked in. The masseuse was polite and asked what she need to focus on. She worked on it and I was in heaven. It was such a great relief! She massaged me from head to toe and it felt amazing! By the time she is done, I felt so good and pain-free! It was so therapeutic! Thank you so much Quality Massage! read more

Grace was my massage therapist. She did great work and relieved my lower back pain. I was driving through from Texas on my way to Seattle and was looking for a place to get rid of my lower pain back while driving long hours on the road. Grace is amiable, which made the whole experience even better. This is a small, family-owned, local business. 100% recommend. read more

FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. So many places in the Springs for a massage so go somewhere else and spend a bit more money. Partner and I went in for a couples massage (which they have a picture of the room on the website and all) and the woman was immediately upset that I insisted we stayed together and insisted the room was too small. She wasn't going to let us do the massage together until another coworker told her it was fine. I think the woman stayed upset at me because she was very rough with me- my body physically tensed up. Not until 15 minute later did she ask how was the pressure (yes, I should've said something earlier). Once I said she was being too rough she did loosen up a bit. Also, this sounds so far fetched because I probably wouldn't even believe it, but throughout the massage she kept passing gas. At first partner and I thought it was the floors creaking to give the benefit of the doubt, but we soon realized it was not. It wasn't once or twice, it was multiple times and with intention. Unsure if it was to be passive aggressive towards us or if any medical condition. Once the massage ended, I paid the massages on my debit card while my partner was going to tip cash, once she immediately saw that I had not tipped on the card and she thought we were leaving she said, "and the tip?! Where's the tip?!" Worst experience ever. read more

WOW! What an amazing experience! Staff was friendly. Salon was immaculate...and I'm one persnickety B!

After not being able to schedule with my regular therapist, I called Quality Massage due to their ratings. And boy,.. am I glad I did!! I had a 90 minute massage with Lilly and she was fabulous. She took her time getting the kinks out and was very easy to schedule with!! My only wish is that I could give her more than 5 stars!! I think I have found a new regular,.. it didn't take long to get spoiled,... :-) read more

Helen gave me a 90 minute massage. The massage itself wasn't bad, but it was not great. It was not very 'smooth'. As she was beginning the massage she was very rushed and has the sheet up over the back of my head so when she would pull down it would pull my hair. Then she hastily uncovered me and pulled my underwear down when she tucked the sheet in...Half my butt crack down as exposed. To top it off she left the room at this point and left the door more than halfway open. Their was another client in the other room and although no one was in the waiting area my room was the closest to the door. This made me very uncomfortable. She came back in and began the massage again with the lotion she had forgotten? Then a short while later the phone rang. She proceeded to answer it while giving me a massage. She then set it on the table so when a message would come through it would vibrate. Then we continued the massage, not for long before yet another interruption from a guest that walked in. She left the room to address this. Then she continued. She left the room agin to get a hot towel but once more left the door more then slightly cracked. When she returned I asked her not to do this again. Then she finished by going to get one more hot towel and left the door open again!!! She asked if i was okay and I told her I asked that she would not leave it open. She said well, no one is out there.... So not professional or decent to me as a vulnerable guest in their care. This was my biggest complaint but she also had 4 times when she burped?? And some yawning.... A little confused by al of this. If you are looking for a reasonably priced, professional massage... laVida on Nevada read more

Go here twice a month best massage that truly helps

I had a ninety minute massage with lily. I enjoyed every minute. Very reasonable price as well

I am happy to have found this little gem. I have tried many of the reflexology spots here in the Springs, this one is by far the best that I have found. You receive the traditional foot soak, and both women have great pressure, and communication with client (pressure, etc). My husband had the body massage, and felt great afterwards. I would give 5 stars, but they do a few things (talk to each other/answer phone) not BIG deals, but worth mentioning. Price is fairly reasonable- especially for the Springs. (I'm used to big city authentic shops for very inexpensive prices). Enjoy your experience! read more

I visited this business today. Very nice people reasonably priced and the environment was nice. To address a previous review this did not appear as a front for a rub and tug and based on my experience it isn't. I rated them a 3 and not lower because I'm hoping my next experience with a different masseuse will be better. This time she asked me if I like medium or hard pressure to which I replied medium. If this was medium I'd hate to see hard. I even told her it was too much and she apologized, lightened up for a moment and then it went back. It was excruciating, I couldn't relax and it was very painful. Perhaps the worst experience I've ever had. The only reason I'd go back is because it is really close to my work and there are multiple people there. read more

Great place with more than one excellent masseuse. I think Macy does most of the work and another lady fills in when Macy has a customer. Both do excellent deep tissue snd the 2nd lady has probably a bit more strength. Macy has acupuncture and scraping training but isn't licensed to use it in the U.S.. Regardless, she has superior knowledge of pressure points to apply during massages. Another review that suggested a Happy ending place is total BS as everyone is completely professional. I've seen them at least 10 times and won't go elsewhere. read more

What a great experience! Best massage in Colorado Springs. The staff does a very good job. Very professional. Clean and pleasant music. You will leave feeling great. I give them 10 read more

I was in from out of town and had a stiff neck from either the plane ride or all the dancing I did at a wedding the day before. I walked in and they took me right back and I got a deep tissue message. Very friendly and it felt great. read more

I have to assume this is a front for happy ending type massages. I really wanted to ask my massage therapist to see her license, as she had ZERO knowledge of muscles or how to actually do a massage. Massage therapist was rude to me several times. Walked out of the room mid massage to answer the door, leaving door open while I was undressed. Someone walked in wanting a massage and offered to buy her pizza. She proceeded to talk about what she wanted on her pizza in the midst of my hour that I was paying for. Found the only advertisement/webpage for this place (after the fact) on Backpages.com read more

Received a wonderful 60 minute full body massage today. The masseuse was kind and friendly. She made sure she was giving just the right pressure. I'm very particular about where I go for massages and this place was perfect. I have many injuries and suffer from chronic pain. I've received massages that left me in more pain and in tears. Not today. I highly recommend them! You won't regret it! read more

I have tried many places in Colorado Springs for massage and have found some places that were okay. The massage here is similar to the type of massage I experience when in China, which I much prefer to most approaches to massage in the United States. In addition to being just a good massage, the massage focused on certain pressure points. While I would guess that many people in the United States may not appreciate this type of massage, if you like a style of massage more similar to what is common in Asia this will likely be a good fit. People prefer different styles of massage, which makes sense. There are many places in Colorado Springs to get a massage that are all quite similar to other places available. You will get a different type of massage here. I'm glad that this style of massage is now available in northern Colorado Springs. read more

Very friendly and clean. One of the best, most effective massages to date. The best part is that they took me as a walk in which is good for me because it is extremely hard to commit to appointments with my schedule. I will definitely be back. read more

I tried this place right after it opened. I liked it so much I went back immediately. It's definitely more of an Asian style, but really nice. They really work your muscles, but not in a painful way. I plan on making this a regular place for me. read more

This is my new favorite massage place in town. I have been suffering from neck spasms all week and this morning when I woke up, I could hardly move it hurt so badly. I decided I would look into getting a massage today. Usually, I go down to Massage Envy at Briargate, but that's too far to drive when you're in pain and it can be hard to get an appointment there if they are busy. Quality Massage opened a while ago, I pass it everyday on my way home, I just never thought to give them a try until now. And I'm so glad i did! My experience was truly amazing. The hour long traditional Asian massage I received was from a highly practised professional masseuse, I walked out of there feeling incredible. This place is conveniently located at the corner of Voyager Parkway and Middle Creek, the rates are quite reasonable, and they take walk-ins. I highly recommend this establishment. read more

Great massages. The lady who does my massages is so good I have booked sessions for my husband and my son also. They were pleased with theirs too. Seems to be able to find the spots that are hurting and she works on them until they are released. The one star that is lost is for the blankets. They are very thin baby blankets it seems. read more

Wow!! Ladies here are A #1. Highly recommended. Had back & shoulder problems for quite a few weeks. Went to a regular doctor. First, he wanted an MRI & all the usual overpriced tests. Found this place by luck. Spoke with ladies here first, & told them what I needed. As I said, WOW!! Thank you, Helen & Lily. I will return. read more
