I had done some research and discovered my year and model was known to have issues with the (C.V.T.). I chose Gastonia Nissan for my service needs based on the favorable reviews. The one star rating is for two primary reasons: 1) I paid $201.00 for them to inspect my cars transmission and received and invoice that had NOTHING LISTED for recommended repairs; 2) The service advisor Austin was more focused on directing me to finance 8k worth repairs for a new or remanufactured transmission. What really tips this review to sub 1star, is that based on my 30 plus years of experience with Dealership service departments, the inspection was very simple and quick for them to diagnose and by no means was time or labor intensive. This is very hard to even justify as a $200 price point for 45 minutes of work only using tech to diagnose.
