I have called multiple times to get a detailed receipt of payments and what is left owing on my loan. No one will return my calls. I even asked them just to email me. My loan manager will never call me back. The front desk always says I have to go through my loan manager. Very frustrated. I need this information for my taxes. read more

As an equipment leasing broker, I have found Quality offers competitive rates for not-perfect credits, and they follow through on their commitments. Have worked with them on a dozen clients in the past few months, and have not been disappointed. Competent, and meet their commitments. read more

BUYER BEWARE - BAIT AND SWITCH OPERATION. We essentially were forced to use Quality Leasing for financing (leasing). These people reeled us in...gave us great quotes for financing and terms, then when we decided to go with them, EVERYTHING CHANGED. Oops - Donna Stanley in the office "made a mistake." We needed to make a decision on the purchase of a truck (from another dealer) that day. We had no other financing lined up. My feeling was that they 'BAITED AND SWITCHED" us. They charge enormous fees and are not at all customer friendly. DO NOT USE THEM FOR FINANCING. We are in a little bind right now - my husband hasn't been working because the company he hauls for (Jack Daniels) closes down for 2 weeks during Christmas. So we thought we would reach out to them and ask if they would be inclined to add a payment to the end of or term - NOPE. WE CAN CHARGE YOU $35 FOR ADMINISTRATION AND THEN A LATE FEE OF $28. Uh...hello? Are you kidding me? We will eat Ramen noodles for a month before we will agree to give them a penny more than what they have already cornered us for. I will never recommend this business for as long as I live. If you are looking for equipment financing check out AGDirect. The best ever! read more

So I set up a visit to the place (1 of 2) where the build them. I was skeptical. Hiker trailers fit in that too good to be tru category. Looks like a great product at a great price. My initial contact with Megan was professional and efficient, and we set up the appointment. When we arrived, a little late due to traffic, we were greeted by Megan and Brian. Megan was on the phone with another customer and also busy with her daughter, who obviously runs the place. Brian gave us a tour of their facility, told us about the company and showed us the trailers. We were lucky because there were several trailers ready for pickup and we were able to see different models and options, discuss preferences, and imagine ourselves in a Hiker trailer, well away from the maddening crowds. Hikers are not for folks who go camping to watch TV in their trailer, though they can be configured for that as well. Hikers are well thought out, well built, and the type of trailer that makes camping, exploring, getting away both easy and fun. Configured in a way that lets you decide how you plan to enjoy yourself, it was easy to see myself camping next to a waterway or on the side of a mountain road. Personal stories about products can be very compelling, and Brian has a very compelling story. But I'll let you ask him about it when you go to visit. I don't have my Hiker (yet), though I know so much more know and that was my goal. When compared with some of the other teardrop trailers on the market, the Hiker checks all the boxes including some I hadn't considered for my visit. So if your looking for place to stay on your next adventure or just happen to be in the area, call Hiker and take a visit. I believe you will be very happy you did. Getting to their shop is easy and there is plenty of parking. The shop spaces are very clean. A small business that does business right!

I was surprised when less than 5 minutes later the car was delivered by a friendly guy from Sixt Rent A Car. The paperwork included a sign here and the keys. For the Indy area, the rates were comparable, if not a little lower, than the competition. I used the rental location on the North Side of Indianapolis, which seems to be their thing with other locations at the airport and Fishers as well. I'm a lease purchase through Celadon. Leasing a quality truck but the quality is shit. They are a sad pathetic company I've had my truck 2 weeks the day I got it it broke down after driving 40 miles. The towed it 100+ miles to a Kenworth in Waco tx. The dpf system failed and derated my engine to 1000 rpm and 5mph. After treat src code and injector failure. Quality spent $2500 for tow and maintenance at Kenworth. It took them 3 days to tow it to Kenworth, 5 days for approval from quality and another 3 days to fix it. Next day it fails dot for shocks( quality refused to replace) all brakes and drums had to be replaced leaking dryer fittings. Had to replace stabilizer bar. Refused to replace out of spec tire. Rear light was fried due to harness was melted partially. Finally pass dot (not really) suspension is blown out. Now I get to drive. I get 500 miles and my turbo is now shooting oil all over exhaust and engine, and the turbo blew out. dpf injectors all of them are blown out and not working the truck coolant temp won't rise to a proper level to safely run engine. Fuel censor blown and it's a full tank but says empty and the voltage to my qualcom it to high and screwing up my qualcom. Did I mention my shocks are still blown out? So all in all I've had this truck for 2 weeks and it's been in the shop for 2 weeks. And I'm sitting at Kenworth in Texarkana now waiting for over 24 hours for an approval to fix this rolling shot box. Thanks quality the courtesy of a reach around would have been nice read more
