Stayed for the night of February 10th. Temperature low 30s. Heater was the wall unit kind. Tried to turn on and no power. The plug was charred but had a GCFI type of thing on it so I took a chance and pushed it. After several tries it clicked and buzzed and finally sputtered on. (I would've asked for different room but had already unpacked and showered before noticing heater wasn't working). Before this happened, I tried to lock my entry door but the lock wasn't lined up with the door, so had to lift it and push. After several tries, got it locked. This should've been my warning sign... Middle of the night, the heater went out, tried to press the button several times and nothing. (I was scared I'd get electrocuted after looking at the plug. This was a definite safety hazard and I probably should report it to someone) Tried to get warm but the comforter was a weird crinkly fabric like paper tablecloth so I just bundled up. Morning came and I couldn't unlock the door because of the misalignment. Thankfully, finally got out after several tries. I asked for a refund of some kind but the answer I got was "We can't give you a refund since you reserved on Priceline. We can give you another room". (As if I would ever stay here again.) Nope, not ever at any of their "Quality" Inns after that answer. I figure since they can't afford an electrician or a screwdriver to adjust the hinges on the door, they can't afford to give a refund. I understand older establishments aren't going to have the latest updates but electrical systems should not be scary and locks on doors should work properly. My suggestion to anyone looking for lodging in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, steer clear of Quality Inn If you do stay, don't stay in room 115 and check stuff before you unpack. Maybe corporate should look up the definition of Quality. Or just delete Quality off the marque..... read more

Got here and the lady couldnt check us in. I could tell she was stressed out and stuff but still. We are from california I had my 8 year old and new born waiting in the car with my mom so it sucked. Took about 20 mins for the lady (manager) to come down and help her. We had 2 guys hanging out in front of our door I had to squeeze by with my little one while getting a big puff of smoke in our faces we got in and the room smelled FUNKY... plus side they do have hot coco in the lobby. Omg flies EVERYWHERE! Brought my son to the pool that was relatively clean but looked like it had GLASS pieces at the bottom? not okay! Also while sitting at the glass filled pool all these guys kept smoking outside right on front of us and all the smoke was hitting my newborn as they go in and out I'd the "non smoking" rooms and the lady who couldnt chexk us in joins then and it's on the other side of the gate as me. like seriously... just have SOME respect read more

Worst experience of my life! I had to stay here due to it being the only hotel this weekend with a vacancy due to the Dogwood Festival. I am in town on work. I checked in and was charged a cleaning deposit of $50. Yet the whole weekend (Sun-Tues) no one came into my room to clean. After checking in, I went to wash my hands in the sink and the drain plug was stuck and would not drain- I called the front desk- I was given the option to move rooms for $25 extra each night. I could not do this on the government rates I was supposed to be getting (and they refused to give me at check out because I booked through Expedia). I went three nights without the sink because "the maintenance man will be down the next morning to fix it", that never happened. Plus now I have bed bugs in my luggage and bites on my legs. The AC was so loud, I thought a semi truck was coming through my walls. Rude management. Was offered "rewards points" for my troubles, which I will never use because I will not be back! Made the mistake of letting priceline choose my Hotel for the best rate on a 2.5 star hotel. I had stayed at the Best Western the night before and was pleased with it. So I went to priceline to get the best deal. The Best Western was listed as a 2.5 star hotel. So I thought all of the 2.5 star hotels would be the same. What I got wasn't even a 1 star. The Quality Inn. Room was dated carpet was nasty. I was given a handicapped room. The bathroom lighting was missing cover exposing wiring . The smoke detector was missing. The ice machine was broken on my floor. I was texting with priceline the entire time. They're respone was basically that's what you paid for no refunds and according to the reviews you should be happy. That I needed to contact the hotel (that was actually a motel with outside rooms). Went to the front desk and they gave me another room. Another handicapped room that was also pretty nasty no cover on the bathroom lighting and fan. I walked back to the front desk and turned in my key and checked into the Best Western without using priceline!! So the moral to the story don't try and get the best deal through priceline. I had to pay for both hotel and motel. Could have gotten an amazing jacuzzi suit for what I had to pay. read more

When we left the room early in the morning, we were greeted with three police cars (one was a k-9 unit), a handcuffed lady, and a shady looking guy involved with the police. This was directly under our rooms, and we were happy to get out of there. Also, we took two rooms, and requested a 12:00 checkout (1 hour late) with the online reservation. We planned to leave early for a race, then return and shower at 11:30. We confirmed this when we arrived. Then confirmed again the next morning. Then we called at 10:30 and were told the rooms had been cleaned so we couldn't come back and shower. We would not have stayed there had we known this would happen. Probably won't in the future anyway, with whatever activities go on there that require police arrests. read more

Pretty nice place, and is decent priced. The breakfast isn't too great. The coffee sucks.

The front desk people were very kind but housekeeping ladies not so much. Most when talked to would just keep walking. Room was never cleaned while I was gone and I had to ask for new bedsheets and towels. Not the best hotel I've stayed at. read more

Stayed here only bc Hampton was full. So far the ironing board and the in room blow dryer doesn't work, it's ridiculously noisy, and the breakfast was cold. Can't wait to never come back. read more

DO NOT STAY HERE!! You might not get what you reserved. We reserved a non-smoking room at least a month in advance. We flew all the way from Florida, checked in, and was given a smoking room that was horrendous with odor. We went back to the front office to get the non-smoking room we reserved, and they told us there were no more available. We asked for a refund from the front desk since they would not give us the non-smoking room we reserved. After talking with the manager who then spoke to his boss, they said they would not give us a full refund!! This is the worst business practice I have ever seen. If they can't give you the room that you reserved, they SHOULD give you a full refund. We had to go to a different hotel and did not get a full refund. Please, do not stay here! Instead, go to the Best Western right down the road with similar rates and far superior customer service. read more

Don't stay here! They duplicated my two night reservation, never offered me a second room and I never stayed in the second room but they charged me an extra $272 anyway. We recently spent 3 nights at this motel. It is a good basic place, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was average; the waffle batter seemed a bit aged, bananas would be nice with the fruit. Noise is a problem here due to the proximity to Hwy 412; ask for a room in the back. The other issue is the exit/ entrance: you can only turn eastbound and need to do lots of U turns to head back west. Also, for some reason they have closed off the exit from the parking lot to the street behind the motel further complicating getting in and out. This place is convenient to JBU, but a better choice would be the Hampton Inn which is a block north of 412 and next door to Walmart. Make your reservations early for busy JBU weekends! read more

Be very wary of this hotel. I did not have a pet, but after I checked out, they charged my credit card $200 for violating their pet policy. They never knocked on my door; they never called me, they just charged my card after I left. They haven't returned phone calls either. Spend your money somewhere else. This place has a fraudulent staff charging credit cards without merit. read more
