Not a great selection of items, but definitely a fine amount for breakfast/snacks. We appreciated how clean our suite was, as was the entire building. Only drawback was the air freshener they pump into the main lobby. Could've been toned way down- we got headaches from smelling it as we walked through. Bentonville is a wonderful little city, and this great hotel made our stay even more enjoyable.

At first glance the facility looks nice but upon settling into our two room suite things started appear. The smell of industrial air freshener in the hallways is pretty overwhelming. The free breakfast is a brown lunch bag of processed prepackaged foods. When getting in the room we had no dishes in cupboards. They were all in the dishwasher waiting for us to wash them. There was no hand soap towels or washcloths in the kitchen for clean up. We were also greeted with a full can of trash under the sink from the previous guests. In the bathroom there is a very concerning "repair" of a fire sprinkler. There is something stuffed all the way around the sprinkler and I'm pretty sure it won't work if needed. The air conditioner is monster loins and there is a loud clanging noise when it turns off like a metal piece is loose. Luckily it's right by your head so you won't miss it. After having an outing with my family for the day and returning to the room, it was noted there was no maid service. So when asking housekeeping in the hallway for new towels, they said, "We don't do that. You have go downstairs." SWS come on! You can do better than this.

The staff are a team and a family. The fact that they are a team & a family reflects upon the wise leadership of their general manager, Dawn. When somebody works in that type of atmosphere they will do anything to make the atmosphere welcoming to their guests while wanting to do their very best. I found her staff to be professional, active listeners, thoughtful, courteous, and efficient. There is one gentleman that really stands out to me. His name is Aente'. Aente', please forgive me if I butchered your name. I was not feeling too well physically as I checked out. Aente, took the time to care. He was highly professional, and I think he has the "it," factor. I see great success in this young man's future. I've worked in the corporate world for decades. You just know when you see someone like him. He thinks quick on his feet, & is very bright. He is customer centric while still looking out for La Quinta. I found my room to be very clean. Also my bathroom & the 1st floor restroom was very clean. Everything was well-maintained on the inside and the outside. They take great attention to detail on cleanliness & safety in regards to COVID. This establishment is also a great location to get to restaurants in the area. If you're a veteran, the VA hospital is right up the road. I recommend that you take the time to stay here, you'll understand why I like this place.

My two night stay here was fantastic. As I was entering the lobby I immediately had the sense that this was an extremely clean and well-maintained property. I was never disappointed in that fact as I walked around to see the amenities. The workout room was clean and had a reasonable amount of equipment in it. The breakfast buffet was so much better than others I've been to. The staff kept the buffet fully stocked and clean. It was really awesome. You also have access to outside seating if you're visiting when the weather permits. The room I had was immaculate. Nicely appointed and I thought the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The linens were not threadbare as in other budget hotels. My only quibble with the room was that the TV was quite small. Next to the lobby there is a on-site laundry room with full-size washers and dryers. The Bentonville area has much to see and experience. Do not miss out on the incredible Crystal Bridges Museum of Modern Art. It is magnificent. Not just the architecture, but the art collection as well. As for activities, the area is a Mountain Biker's dream come true with extensive trails that will cater to the novice through expert. A multitude of great coffee shops and restaurants will keep your caffeine level high and tummy full. For the price charged and considering the fact that they are dog friendly and don't punish you with a hefty dog surcharge makes a stay here a no-brainer and is so much appreciated. I've been charged elsewhere up to $100/night surcharge for my dog to stay in my room. Not here, it's free. (Update: As of January 13, 2023 there is now a dog fee of $25/night with a $75 cap.
