It's very centrally located south of the river, and it's easy to get to both Richland and Pasco. We like staying in this area for the restaurants on Gage Blvd, and the go carts outside the mall in warmer weather. We didn't use the pool or spa, but it was good to see them open now. They also had a hearty spread of sausage, eggs and potatoes, with a nice gentleman serving everyone. It really was very efficient. The front desk and housekeeping ladies were all friendly. Our air conditioner was on it's last legs, but it was good to see maintenance crews doing a major replacement of all of them in the facility, so that will be great for folks who stay here in the future. read more

While not the fanciest hotel in the world, this hotel has what you need! Very comfortable beds, nice staff, coffee makers... location is good too with a mall and movie theater within walking distance! Rooms are out dated but hits the spot with comfort and ease. read more

Why the bad reviews? This is a $70 hotel room - you get a nice clean room with a couple beds, heat/AC, it's all pretty standard. If you want a 5 star hotel, go pay a few hundred dollars more. For me, this one was a plenty good value. My daughter loved the pool and I enjoyed the hot tub. In the Morning, there was a huge breakfast buffet with waffles, pancakes, sausage, toast, juice, desserts, oatmeal and more. Service was great, friendly and efficient. They have someone there at the desk 24/7. Not much more you can do as a hotel that charges this little. I think they're doing great. read more

This is a nice Quality Inn, in a great central location. It's right across the street from the Columbia Center Mall, for those who like their shopping. Room was large, beds were comfy, and the bathroom was small but clean--with sinks located by the entry door. Complimentary WIFI worked great, but you had to put the password in every time you used it. Parking was ample. Breakfast was full, with eggs/potatoes/meat available, along with typical waffles/cereal/muffins/etc. Front desk folks were helpful, and the housekeepers were all smiles. Don't go to this hotel it tried to steal are pocket knife they didn't let us get my siblings breakfast and they said we had a stain and they tried to charge us 45 bucks for a small face towel and tried to take 200 dollars and not give it back and it had terrible customer service. read more

I stay in 30 or more hotel rooms a year ranging from 2 star to 5 star. This place is only deserving of 1 star. It was clean but very out dated. The whole place looks like its stuck in the late 90's. Our room was supposedly a suite but was basically a hotel room with a jacuzzi. Things that stuck out included... 1. Internet that cut in and out and was SLOOOOOWWWW. I was traveling on business and this was very frustrating. When I called to the desk they said that "someone was working on it". However, this continued for 3 days. 2. The shower head developed a crack during the 1st day I was there. I called the front desk and asked for someone to fix it as water was shooting all over. They said maintenance would come soon...... maintenance never came. 3. The "fitness center" consisted of a elliptical and a treadmill. Sad. I think I gained 10 lbs in the 3 days I was there. 4. There were suspicious stains on the sofa in my "suite". I didn't allow anyone to sit on it. 5. The bed was uncomfortable and lacked support. I'm betting it was as old as the hotel. 6. The breakfast was extremely basic and not much seemed fresh. On the bright side, there was 2 pools (an indoor and an outdoor). read more

The hotel was clean, the bed was very comfortable, parking lot at nice felt safe, and the staff was great. Only problem was in room coffee was very weak but coffee in the lobby was great! I do not recommend this place to anyone. I came back from my event and found my door to my room open. It was left open by housekeeping. Furthermore, The chair was dirty and have questionable stains seen in the pic below. The rooms are outdated. I didn't have a microwave in my room but my coworker did. When I asked the front desk about it she said that the king suites don't come with microwaves I informed her my coworker next door had one in her room. They said "oh". The carpet has stains and was so dirty I has to keep my shoes on just to feel safe. The bed was actually comfortable and clean. The breakfast was medacore and there is a lot of places to see within walking distance. read more

It's an inexpensive hotel compared to others in its price range. I travel often, and living out of hotels, you tend to notice the little things. Rooms aren't outdated; tasteful furnishings; extra outlets by the bed (would like usb dedicated) rather than only at the desk, across the room, and nowhere near useful, like some other hotels in the area; wonderful staff; and cookies at the front desk. I'm not a cookie person, but there always good. Just sayin. Oh yeah, golf channel. I'm watching it right now. I know, I'm a nerd, but when you love the game, and you spent the day "beaten down by the man" - or irate customers, your pick - you'd like to relax to something as simple as watching golf. It's biased my entire review, but like I said, it's the little things that count. read more

I stay in motel rooms about 100 nights a year. I stayed here about 4 yrs ago and it sucked so bad that I had to really convince myself to return after I heard it had remodeled. Glad I did. Check in was smooth and easy, with a smile. Got upgraded to the top floor w/a nice king bed. Room was clean and functional. Nice new 50" tv. Nice big desk for my laptop and paraphernalia. Had to go to a funeral in Richland. I'm coming in from Oregon, my sister is coming in from Idaho. My sister gets there first and finds out there is no hot water!!! No hot water, it's 8pm. She has to find another hotel. I call to cancel and they refuse to allow it. They say I have a "no cancel" room. So I have to stay at a place that's not functioning and pay for it!!! read more

Will never stay here again. Air conditioning only worked half the time. Bed very uncomfortable. Never got extra blanket and pillow I asked for two different times. Had a random full size refrigerator in my room that already had a working mini fridge. Too it off with my truck getting broke in to on my final night. As I was reporting that they forgot half of the things in my room another person informed the attendant that there was dog poop under their desk. Had four pillows in my room for two nights only 3 tonight. For 3 days no coffee for the coffee maker. For 2 days no soap. Three nights in a row the alarm clock in the room next to me went off for over 4 hours. Called each night they reset it but didn't slide it off. So repeat, repeat, repeat. I would not recommend this hotel based on the treatment my granddaughter received on 2/20/14. I had made a reservation for her some days earlier by phone from MT. When she arrived for check in she was told she had to have the credit card under which the reservation was booked. My granddaughter has no credit card of her own, only her debit card, She was finally able to register and check in after I went to a Quality Inn in my city and had a form faxed authorizing her registration. The process took about 2 hours and the front desk clerk at the Kennewick, WA Quality Inn, "Max", treated my granddaughter very rudely. read more

Place is 20+ years old and it looks like it particularly inside. Shower head was pretty nasty looking. Placed smelled musty. Maids were extremely noisy starting at 8:30-9:00 AM. Internet was terrible and slow when it did worked. I'll find somewhere else to stay next time even if it costs more. So where's the "Quality" here? Aren't there standards for a chain hotel like this? Hotel was nice, but I was charged a $250 charge for smoking when it did not occur. After calling and speaking to someone, they said there was nothing they could do. I was given no heads up either on the phone or via email that the charge was being removed, and being a college student this is unacceptable and too costly. Since the charge was three times the amount of the cost of the room, be mindful of any odor you may carry, whether it is your clothes or food because clearly their perception of smell is off. Could not even provide a manager to speak to or a phone number for their headquarters. read more

Came up for the week, stayed at Quality Inns at other cities before and they are great. This one however, not so much. I arrived and they were under renovation, I almost thought they were closed for business. Stayed for two nights and had to check out because I couldn't stay any longer and I'm not very picky. I travel for business so just need a place to sleep really. First night found a tick in the bathroom, showers sucked so bad I didn't even use them, pillows were terrible and small, needed to use business office area, no ink in printer and Internet was ridiculous slow I could barely work. Only thing that made my stay worthwhile was the friendly staff and great breakfast. But as I was checking out the girl didn't even ask their usual "how was your stay?..." As if she knew it wouldn't of been a good review. I left deciding not to voice my opinion to them if they aren't willing to ask and note to myself to never stay here again. The rooms are old, but clean. The staff wasn't rude, but they did treat me like I was dumb. The person checking me in mentioned "so you'll be paying with credit card" and I said, no, Expedia already collected the payment. They said they were just taking my credit card information for incidentals... But that's not what they first said. On check out, I usually just give they keys and say have a good day, but I had them check to make sure that they had it as Expedia paying. She appeared to have checked and told me that they did have Expedia as paying. 2 days later, I have a charge from Expedia as expected, along with a charge from quality inn. When I asked quality inn about it, they said it was Expedia's fault, and Expedia never paid them. Mind you this is after they confirmed that Expedia had paid. So I called Expedia, and Expedia straightened everything out. But apparently the quality inn received both the payment from Expedia AND me. I don't believe they were being malicious, just didn't charge me correctly. read more

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. The staff was rude and dishonest, clearly upset with their poor life circumstances and desire to take it out on anyone who walks through the door. When we reserved our room we were told to sign a waiver notifying us that the rooms are non-smoking rooms, but the moment we walked in our room it smelled like a smoke shack. I immediately told the manager at the front desk and asked her to come smell the room, she declined but said that they had an issue with the last guest and that no other rooms were available & she gave me her word we would not be charged for the smell if we decided to stay. After all of that, we are hit with a smoking charge, and after trying to talk over the situation with the acting manager she began to lie about what she had told me previous, denying that I ever asked her to come smell the room... and after telling her that I would be following up with her supervisor she called my room 10 minutes later to say we had to leave in 15 minutes or else she would call the police. When asked why, we were repeatedly told we had 15 minutes to leave or else she would call the police. What a freaking scam. I stay in the area frequent for business and will NOT be returning to this hotel. Whoever owns this place needs to clean house and fast.. you are losing business due to your shitty employees and customer service . read more
