    Hot breakfast - Eggs!
    Ali A.

This was a nice place to stay for the weekend while in town for a wedding. Everything was clean and new. The staff was friendly. The breakfast in the morning was pretty decent. The staff replaced food as it ran out and were good about keeping the counters clean. The breakfast rush started first thing when they opened the days we stayed but the food never ran out. Location is close to the highway and grocery stores.

    Just opened!

Having visited Pasco on numerous occasions I have tried a few of the hotels, but this is first time for me here. Turned out that was not so strange since they "just" opened, (May 27 2016). With that said you will understand that everything is new and fresh! But besides that I really like the feel of this hotel. I think they managed to create that cosy "home away from home" feeling that so many hotels are striving for. And that might be easy to say, but i think it is much harder to do. Not only do you have to find a way where your decorations functionality can meet beauty, more so you will have to find the right people. This is where I think this Hampton place have succeeded beyond expectations. Check in experience, house keeping, breakfast staff... you name it, has been nothing but excellent. Staff is very helpful, and seem to really care about your wishes and your stay. Since their gym was so nice i extended my work out and almost missed breakfast, clocked in 09:57 and they close 10:00. I had all kinds of excuses and apologizes ready, but did not need to use any. Instead they let me roam around and make my waffles and bagels and eat my turkey sausages until I was as stuffed as on Thank Giving. When I was finally done (there was a lot of good stuff) a girl came out and asked me if i would like something more or if I was ok with them closing up the breakfast? wow... But! As if that was not enough, Im hanging out in their common area working when a girl from the front desk heads out to buy some Starbucks, she is taking some orders from her colleagues and asks me if I would like a cup too. (I Always want Starbucks) comes back with my skinny vanilla latte on ice and refuses to take my money "happy holidays" she says. Wow.... My only complaints are these three. 1. I like to have a mini bar. (You do have a refrigerator in your room, and you can buy whatever you need in the lobby. The only thing they didn't have were the half bottles of wine, they only hade the big ones. Wait... what am i complaining about. Strike this one out.) 2. My iron was leaking. (Housekeeping got me a new one in 5 mins, she also said she had other ones if i didn't like the one I got. Actually she said "I got a hole box of them" with a smile. Lol Strike this complaint too, she already fixed it.) 3. You only get one "big" towel/person, and that one is not really big. (Ok, keep this one, give me more towels, prefer the big ones bigger too btw.) So if your planning to book a hotel in Pasco, you should give this one a chance for sure!

All pillows smell like hair cream for men and bed sheets have a sour smell. Definitely not washed before I checked in.

Black mold in bathroom around the fan switch plate. Spider webs and dirt thru out room, made me feel like it was a room that hadnt been used or cleaned in months. if u opened the bathroom door and someone was at sink or using coffee pot u would hit them with door. An awkward layout. Old mattress with springs, very hard and u will hurt in the morning from this mattress. Just the Basics at this hotel only the minimum... no luxury, think motel 8 but dirty. no liquid soaps, no body wash no hand soap. they do give u tiny bar of soap. For $240 a night thos hotel is absolutely not worth it! Do not stay here! u will regret wasting ur money after not being able to sleep due to bed and such a noisy place to stay at...we possibly might have been discriminated at by the first employee that greeted us at check in. The surrounding area IS VERY beautiful.. the employee at checking in definitely made us feel unwelcomed. The employee leaving was very kind to us!! The worst part of the stay was the toilet seat was hot glued on and when u sat on it if fell off and u went directly in the water/toilet!! We left early and headed home . Juat a terrible experience all around!!!!

The map and numbering system is confusing. But we made it to room 3230. Ice machine closest to us is broken. Got in the room and its HOT. Took a good 3 by t hours to cool down. I would call ahead to see if they can turn the AC on in your room ( its june). While unloading our keys got deactivated.. had to go back to the front desk and get it fixed. He said they get deactivated easily with other cards and phones. We're also asked for a rolling bed, security has go go get it but they said theyre all out. Hopefully will get one tonight. The room is decent.

When we checked-in to our room we immediately noticed and reported a loud, continuous running-water…read morenoise from the adjacent room. Hotel staff acknowledged this was an intentional "waterfall" noise machine used to mask barking dogs in the neighboring room. This condition was not disclosed prior to booking or check-in, and despite repeated complaints, no adequate remedy (e.g., room change, compensation, or noise abatement) was provided. The following evening, despite the hotel advertising "Premium Cable or Satellite TV" the nationally televised NFL playoff game was unable to be accessed on our guest room TV. Multiple requests for assistance went unremedied, with no alternative (e.g., room change, refund, or viewing accommodation) offered. Later that same evening, hotel staff verbally antagonized me when I complained. They offered no remedy or alternative, and evicted me while visibly intoxicated from alcohol consumed at the hotel bar (not belligerent or sloppy). I was unable to drive to find new accommodations. The outdoor temperature was approximately 32°F (freezing). Staff provided no safe alternative lodging, transportation, assistance, or warming options, creating a foreseeable risk of serious harm. Police were called to the scene. Prior to my agreement to leave, hotel staff explicitly assured me and police that the remaining group members could continue their stay without issue. Despite this assurance, hotel staff subsequently evicted the entire remaining group after I left. They had not been involved in any complaints or disturbances. They were evicted without cause or explanation. We have filed a civil lawsuit in Franklin County Superior Court and filed a complaint with the Washington Attorney General.
